  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Great place on the beach

We went on a girl’s trip to celebrate our 60th birthdays and this was the perfect place. Condo was in a great location, the pool was nice and it was right on the beach. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

The condo is very nice. We have stayed at this unit several times. The oven does take quite awhile to preheat and the broiler did not work at all. The toilets would randomly run water in as if they had a leak. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Perfect beachfront getaway!

Our family plus a few teenaged friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caprice! The accommodations were exactly as described: roomy, up-to-date, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect since it was steps from the beach. We were also very close to Madeira and Treasure Island. Ever aspect was simple from check in to check out, and the customer service was excellent! We will definitely be back if we head to that area again!

Best Family Beach Rental

Our family (2 adults, 9 year old, 8 year old) had a fantastic time at this beach condo. It is right on the water, the balcony has a view of the pool to watch the kids, kids beds are very comfy, and the location is close to everything! We will definitely stay here again if we are back in this area.

The view 😍

Loved this location. The view was amazing, the management was great and accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. I gave a 4 star for - couple reasons. We had planned to cook in while we were there and the supplies in the kitchen were pretty underwhelming. No sheet pans to bake on, no tongs, spray oil, seasonings etc. Also a cooler of some sort would have been helpful for the beach. My husband wasn’t happy that there was a “rule” posted to keep the thermostat at 72 and above but there were no ceiling fans or box fans to keep us cool at night. Overall this unit was great and we very much enjoyed renting a cabana on the beach and getting food at the beach grill. Would love to come again for that view and beach.

The Caprice property managers were amazing.....very present for all our needs... and accommodating. The unit was only ok. It wasn't 'clean' but you also would not call it dirty. Too much excesss dust on moldings and other. The blender had mildew. The cleaning people do only what they think gets used.... obviously. We've owned properties that we rented the past~ we get this. You need new people. Off putting. My husband and UI are planning to come down in February 2023 -- not thinking of the Caprice for the cleanliness issue. Shame bc the people who work there -- Leanne, etc. are so lovely!!

Wonderful Girls' trip

My 3 girlfriends and I had such a fantastic time! The condo was set up perfectly for 4. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful views. There was easy access to the beach and the pool was wonderful too. The property was super clean. Parking was easy and accessible. We will definitely come back!

Loved the location and convenience to beach. The condo was great although it didn’t have some of the kitchen supplies that most places have. My only disappointment was that the condo is located directly above the pool which at times was very noisy. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip!

Overall we loved the property itself as well as the view. The check in process was smooth and we felt very safe and comfortable. Sliding glass door stuck a little and could use some love and we could have used a bit more toilet paper. Other than that it was 10 stars!
