Located just 120 paces from the glittering Gulf of Mexico and with Johns Pass two-and-a-half miles away, this serene condo is the perfect escape for you and your group to have the vacation of your dreams. Play all day on the white shores by participating in fun rentals and excursions like parasailing, paddleboarding, deep-sea fishing, surfing, and so much more. Drive around town to discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly attractions. In your downtime, take a dip in the refreshing pool on-site.

Inside you'll find a bright interior with a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. The furniture is comfortable yet stylish, inviting you into the living area for great conversation or a movie on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the eclectic kitchen, equipped with plenty of cupboard room and a lovely breakfast bar. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with ample room for personal effects, especially the main bedroom, which boasts a lovely en suite bathroom and a TV for private viewing. A sofa bed is provided in the living area so there's room for everyone. Kids will love bunking down and making memories in the bunk beds. Peep the spectacular ocean view from the private balcony as the sun sets over the horizon, setting the tone for a perfect evening sipping your favorite drink.

Indian Rocks Beach Condo Rental Honest Review

I’ll begin this review by saying this was our first time at IRB so I wasn’t familiar with the area.our condo was easy to find but parking was horrible. We drive a large truck and parking under the unit was extremely difficult because our only spot blocked the pool gate. Next, there is NO elevator and the steps are tricky to carry your things (anyone with any disability would be in trouble). Keypad stuck and we couldn’t get back in so we had to call and “find” the key because the management didn’t know where it was located. Ice maker is broken in refrigerator and master shower needs remodeled (moldy). The condo was huge and decorated very cute and matched the pictures online. Air conditioning worked great! We had two interruptions during our stay (one I was emailed about and the other I was not). My son was asleep and we were walking on the beach and the exterminator came right in and scared him to death. There is also a bar across the street that stays open until 2:00 am. The master bedroom is in the front so I recommend using the noise machine. The pool is extremely small and stayed dirty the entire week we were there. The condo is close to restaurants and the beach which was nice. You could hear other people running and things in their units and it was loud and felt like the entire building was shaking. I’ve never had so many issues on vacation before, I won’t be returning or using Vacasa

IRB beach house

Very cute and clean little vacation rental. It was next to the beach and you could watch the sunsets from the balcony. Right along gulf blvd so you could walk across to restaurants and get ice cream. Loved it! Will definitely be renting again when we visit next year.

Great vacation condo!

We've spent a week here over Christmas break. The location is awesome super easy to get to the beach. We appreciated the updated look and feel of the condo it was very pleasant and my wife loved it. It was also nice to have the beach towels and beach toys to play with while we were there. The only thing it would say is try to walk softly at night time because the noise does carry to the neighbors, especially if you have lots of kids. Otherwise great location and I would recommend this unit!

Beautiful Beach Condo

The check-in process was very easy and the condo was super clean on arrival. All of your necessities for the stay are provided, including access to a storage room by the pool that has beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, wagon, etc. The King bed in the master was really comfy and the kids enjoyed the beds in the other room. If you know the area, the condo is right next to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants, icecream, rentals, etc. We love these few blocks of beach in Indian Rocks because everything is close and walkable. FYI...This condo is owned by a 3rd party property management company called Vacasa, not an individual owner, if that matters to you. They were easy to work with, but I did ask about beach chair availability and was told there weren't any, so I packed and hauled mine unnecessarily. That is the only downside we encountered.

Everything was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. Lots of items for entertainment were available. Tub was very slippery, needs safety bars. More light over stove and sink in kitchen would help. The place itself was very impressive, much better than where we have previously stayed.

Great location

With the beach just steps away and several restaurants within walking distance this was the perfect location. The front bedroom room can be noisy with a bar directly across the street. The unit is well equipped with everything you need and it was all functional. Being on the third floor there are a number of steps and no elevator but all in all this was a good stay!

Perfect getaway

Needed a place after hurricane Ian made our home impossible to get to.. this was the perfect mini vacation that helped us get through it all, with only a days notice we were able to check in and get comfortable. Will definitely be back again.
