A Must Stay!!!
This was perfect for our needs on our trip!!! We were there to experience our granddaughter's cheer competition, in Tampa. This was perfect price, and perfect location for us!! Everything was beautiful!!! We also enjoyed, the golfers also on hole 8!! We highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful condo
Very attractive, comfortable and well maintained/clean condo. Kitchen was large and decently outfitted. Large screen smart TV. Was excellent. We enjoyed being on the 8th green and watching the golfers from our patio. Convenient to beaches ( including a small private one) and pool access. Easy travel to downtown St. Pete and attractions. Owner was very responsive in the weeks before check in and while we were there.

Our third time staying at this property
We have come back to this property twice more after our initial stay. We have been happy every time. The property is comfortable and has a great view. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied along with a good refrigerator. The location is convenient to restaurants and Pass-a-Grille as well as many areas for walking.

With GPS WE WERE ABLE TO FIND THE PROPERTY. iT TOOK US A DAY TO FIND THE POOL AS EACH UNIT HAS ITS OWN AND WALKING IS NOT EASY FOR ME, BUT YOU WERE ABLE TO PARK IN GUEST SPOT. A TREADMILL AND BIKE WOULD BE NICE IN THE CLUB HOUSE. CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL AND BEACH WAS SO CLEAN. WILL DO IT AGAIN!

The property was more than we expected. It was clean, spacious and fulfilled our needs to have private bedrooms/bathrooms. A nice living room with enough seating. Our favorite space was the small but cozy back patio. The breeze was amazing and the golfers were entertaining! I would definitely book this again.

Great spot for Eckerd college and St. Pete’s beach
Made a week-long holiday out of dropping our kid off at Eckerd College. This property is less than 5 mins away from Eckerd and about 5 mins away from the public access to the beach. the property itself is quiet, clean (on a golf course, which made for entertaining viewing), well equipped and was comfortable for the 4 of us. The internet access was solid - an important factor since we still needed to get some work done. we would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who wants a stay in St. Petersburg.

Great location!
The place was very clean and had everything we needed, like home away from home. We enjoyed our morning coffee with the beautiful view and walking the trails of Isla del Sol. We downloaded the Expedia app and took advantage of many fun activities in the area. Susan was very responsive and pleasant. We had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend the condominium and the location.

Wonderful time at Isla del Sol
We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was clean and had all the basics we needed. The neighborhood area was great for walking and biking and we sat outside watching the golfers hitting their balls into the pond. St Pete beach is 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend Isla del Sol and we plan to rebook.

We had a great stay at Susan's condo. It is very clean, well furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. We loved sitting outside watching the golfers on hole 8. Easy drive to St Pete Beach.

Condo with a view
This is our second time staying at this condo. We enjoyed it so much last year that we were eager to stay there again. We enjoyed the view of the golf course and the convenient location to restaurants and areas to walk. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect Location
Perfect home base to move our son back to Eckerd College. Great communication with the host, Susan. Easy access which was important since we got in late at night. Close to the college and the beaches. Best rental prices too. Thanks Susan!

Great Spot
We had a two week long swim meet in St. Petersburg and had to commute to the pool multiple times per day. Quick and easy 15 min drive. Location was also convenient for food, beaches and fun. Condo was clean with working appliances. No issues and loved our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful property! Clean and within so many activities and parks. The only issue we had was the “private beach access” was a sandy place over looking the bay that you shouldn’t swim in. A little miss leading for us who thought private beach was a beach to play in. But again beautiful place and would stay there all over again.

The place is very nice and well kept. Absolutely beautiful scenery and the views of the sunset were breathtaking. The neighbors were very nice and pleasant. Amazing property!
My wife and 2 daughters ages 16 and 13 stayed at the property. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect. Everything was as advertised. We loved the pool and the proximity to the st petes beach (5 min drive 15 min walk). Loved the view of the golf course. Amazing condo!

Wonderful week away!
We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Isla Del Sol! This was a beautiful unit and complex. The pool area is wonderful with a sun deck that overlooks the water. The beach across the street is such a bonus. We often were the only ones on the beach and it was so peaceful! The community is very welcoming and quiet. If you are looking to avoid spring break crowds, this is a great place to do so. We would not hesitate to stay here again as it was so perfect for a getaway!

A great location
The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. and had everything we needed for the pool and beach. It's fun to be on the golf course to watch golfers and birds throughout the day. It's quiet, the grounds are beautiful, a great location between St. Pete Beach and downtown St. Petersburg. Susan was easy to get in touch with when we had questions. Would for sure stay again.

Escape from the chaos
We were very happy with our stay. We are business owners and life gets extremely chaotic. Needless to say we were very much looking forward to our vacation. This place was great! It was very quiet and peaceful, which was a welcome thing after visiting the sometimes hectic pace of St. Pete Beach. We found Pass-a-Grille later in the week, and that is the beach we recommend. Clean, quiet, and beautiful condo
We stayed one week. We received key code to get into condo a few days before arrival. Worked perfectly. Susan left parking pass, pool keys, and keys to condo on table for us. Unit was very clean! Had everything we could possibly need during our stay. View of gulf course was great, fun watching golfers. Area was quiet and other owners/renters were very welcoming. Pool has a great view of the bay with a beach area as well. We picked it for location as it was close to family and friends, and really enjoyed our stay. It’s close to a lot of beaches and not far from Orlando. We will definitely be back!❤️
