PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Due to ongoing building construction, the balcony may be temporarily closed and unusable during your stay. It will be boarded approximately 4–5 feet high, meaning you’ll still be able to see out through the upper portion of the door and enjoy the view, but access to the balcony itself may not be permitted. The building pool is now open and available for guest use; however, the gym and other association amenities may still be out of order. If parking at the building is full, overflow parking is available for guests at 440 through The Edge Hotel. Please note that construction may result in occasional noise and visual disruptions. All guests will be required to sign an acknowledgment confirming awareness of these conditions prior to arrival. Thank you for your understanding as the building completes these improvements 'updated 2/8/2025'.

This unit at the 440 West Condo Complex has been updated in the bathrooms and kitchen. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and Sand Key. Enjoy scanning for dolphins from the 6th floor.

This split floor plan provides the maximum in privacy. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own en-suite bath. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The additional guest bathroom has a shower. Convenient washer and dryer in the unit.

The 440 West Condo complex is in the heart of the south beach section of Clearwater Beach. Although you are on the water, the beach is just a very short walk away. A 15-minute walk to Pier 60 and Clearwater Marina, where you can enjoy excursions and the Sunset Celebrations at the Pier every night, weather permitting. You are a short walk to restaurants, beach-type shopping, and a Walgreens. We look forward to seeing you soon!

The view from the balcony is a great place to watch dolphins, manatees, and boats move about on the water.

Loved it would have rented the same place next October and November but one of the months was not available. This place definitely needs a new sofa. The old one in there has seen it’s day years ago. It’s a back breaker.
