Seaview Condominiums has just completed an extensive renovation, featuring a brand-new heated pool and spa. Seaview 202 is fully updated and exceptionally well equipped for modern comfort and convenience.

Access to the beach and pool was great. Condo was well stocked and clean. Views were awesome. Joan and Dorothy were very helpful when we needed assistance. Multiple vehicle parking can be a challenge during busy season but Joan was helpful and gave us options. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing family stay! Loved watching dolphins right from the balcony every morning. The new pool and hot tub were beautiful and just steps away from a super clean, uncrowded beach. Great location—close to John’s Pass, restaurants, activities and easy access to main roads. The area felt very safe and family-friendly. Only minor downside was the low water pressure in the showers, but everything else was perfect! Of note - property itself is older but well-kept and maintained.

Beautiful view of the ocean! We loved the beach right out our front door!! So peaceful sitting on the patio listening to the waves. A few mornings the dolphins were right out in front of us. Pool and hot tub were amazing! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a day at the beach! Lots of room in the bathrooms for the 6 of us to get ready. We all would definitely book here again!

Great condo for 2 senior citizens and their adult children.

We appreciated how easy and short the walk was to be out on the beach. The pool is well maintained and has bathrooms adjacent . There is plenty of seating and shaded areas around the pool as well. The condo balcony is very spacious and perfect for eating while viewing the lovely gulf. We had beautiful weather. Overall we enjoyed this condo and its location.

Overall a great property. Nice condo, fantastic view, nice pool, nice beach. The refrigerator had a fish odor and there were fruit flies that never really disappeared. Suspect from previous renters so not really a fault of the condo.

Condo was beautiful. Very clean and updated. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with extra toilet paper, paper towel, towels, trash bags, etc, everything we needed for our week’s stay. View from the balcony was beautiful. We saw dolphins right from the balcony. This was our 2nd stay at Seaview Condominiums. It is our favorite place to stay in Maidera Beach
