Perfect location right on top of the bus stop if using public transport. Short walk into St Albans and a lovely longer beach walk into St Helier. Fab value for money, comfortable and clean.

Un bed et breakfast très agréable Avec un breakfast typiquement anglais On a une grande liberté dans l’hôtel, on est comme à la maison. Près des grandes plages de Jersey et des commerces (200m) Le seul point négatif , on est sur la route principale de l’île très empruntée et donc bruyante Mais très supportable on est à Jersey

Anna was helpful. Breakfast was good. In need of bringing up to date. Room 5 needs shower cubicle updating. Small shower space and only a curtain so lots of water ending up on floor. Did the job for a weeks stay. Quiet and on a bus route. I would stsy here sgain

Convenient location in Jersey
When I know about the delay to my ferry I contacted Hotels.com with my estimated arrival time. Unfortunately they did not pass this information on to the property owners. Eventually once I got my mobile sorted I was able to reply to a text and everything was resolved. The lack of someone on the front desk made the place seem a little impersonal. The single room however was clean and tidy and fine for my needs. There was also a large lounge to relax in as well as tables and chairs in an outside seating area for any fine weather. Breakfast was OK but somewhat monotonous with little variety. An option of yoghurt or fruit would not go amiss. Location however was great with frequent buses into St Helier or to the west almost from the front door.

Room rather cramped and plumbing bit iffy but hotel is very well positioned, relaxed and sociable. Would have liked fruit, yogurt etc options at breakfast but cooked food well presented.

Great place to stay very friendly and helpful staff. Property was clean and tidy but could do with a little spruce up as the decor was a little tired. Good breakfast cooked fresh. I would stay again, which says I was happy over all.

Great service, clean and comfortable
Clean and friendly, great freshly cooked English breakfast - the scrambled eggs were delicious. As others have said the decor is dated but it was comfortable and clean. Very quick to respond to and resolve a maintenance issue. Nice to have a communal area and sunny patio whilst waiting for our group to gather, and chat to other guests. Great location for exploring the island. Would definitely return here if we come back to Jersey

Nice guest house - adequate and friendly
Nice little guest house. Room was clean (and cleaned daily), staff were friendly, breakfast was fine. The bedroom was functional - not huge, but it was fine. The mattress on the double bed was a bit old/tired, but comfortable enough. Ensuite bathroom was small (just a toilet and small shower), with a sink in the bedroom itself. Kettle and tea/coffee/sugar provided in room. Breakfast was fine - buffet style for cereals (usually 3 choices), bread/toast, juices, butter/jam. And then the staff take orders for the cooked breakfast (can choose up to 6 items from a list) and then brought to the table when it's cooked. We didn't use the communal lounge area - we were generally out all day. TV in the room with multiple channels - can sit/lie on the bed to watch. One extra chair in the room, but not a lot of extra space in the bedrooms. We didn't have any problems and would happily stay again and recommend this place. It's not outstanding/luxury, but it's perfectly adequate.

I was seeking a budget friendly option for my stay in Jersey and this offered excellent value for money. The breakfast was tasty the staff were welcoming and accommodating of the request I had.

Property is perfectly situated between St. Heier and St. Aubin with a really excellent bus service right out the door. There are at least 3 good restaurants within easy walking distance but be aware that bookings are necessary a couple of days before.

Stayed in the hotel for 6 nights , hotel wasn't really bad breakdast was good, room was clean, but on the negative side no heating, need to wait shower to heat for more than 15 min to heat up, window will not lock, matress is vey thin.

Great location serviced by many bus routes. Can walk to St Helier or St Aubin along the beach. Excellent full English breakfast every morning. Room was clean and there is a communal fridge with plates and silverware if you bring back takeaway. Will stay here again!

Home from home, welcoming guest house. Anna is the perfect friendly host. The location is ideal and so convenient as a base for exploring the whole island - especially if you use the excellent public transport as I did.
