'It was really special to stay in Nelson’s Dockyard. We stayed in the lofts and it was very relaxing. Only downside is the walls are paper thin (old building, I should have expected this) so bring ear plugs or a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper! Restaurants were great at the hotel and the area is very walkable. There’s a complimentary boat to take you to Galleon Bay, which was a really nice beach.'

'I stayed at the Moxy because of its central location between Falmouth Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard. The hotel manager makes you feel at home. I stayed in a room for two persons which is quite luxury. The one person rooms are a bit more basic but have everything you need. I enjoyed my stay over here and it felt like home for a week.'

'location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. 'Me and my partner had a great time staying here. Each room having its own plunge pool was a plus. The rooms were clean and cozy. We had tiny lizard visitor which was cool. The hotel however is very far from everything. We rented a car and traveled to many breaches and the city. The distance also is what made the place special. Very secluded and intimate. So depending on your preference it may or may not work. There were plenty visitors who never left the hotel. We didn’t utilize the public pool...

Cottage well equipped: airconditioning, large fridge/freezer, large cooker, large BBQ, flatscreen tv, audio-system, satnav for car, local mobile phone etc. etc. Gabriella and Douglas were very welcoming and helpful hosts and can tell a lot about Antigua.'

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
