Hôtel près de Parc St Nicholas' Park (Warwick)

« Nice location , price and ambiance BUT I had three simple questions when I checked in. The receptionist knew the answer to none of them ( had to check ) : would there be coffee in the morning ? Answer No, not til the restaurant opened at 830 am !!!( Old COFFEE Inn ?!? ). Was the restaurant still open ( closing at 8pm ...didn't know what they were serving ). Would the 8pm World Cup match be shown ? ( Mind you there was a sign out front advertising it ). NO, they only put the TV on for England...

« On arrive dans un parc magnifique et on va ala réception et là surprise, on reçoit une clef et un cadenas! Mais voici, nous étions logé chacun dans une magnifique tente médiévale prévu pour 4 personnes, tout l’equipement digne d’une chambre d’hotel avec un petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix et bien copieux! « A cracker of a Inn with rooms plus a Latin American restaurant. We spent two nights here and I'd certainty rate it 10/10. The owner was very personable as were all staff and special mention to the young waitress at breakfast who was spot on 👍 Our room.(No 9) was spacious and had everything you'd expect. « Really awful reception into the hotel. Very dirty entrance area. Staff were okay once we started talking but initially not nice at all. Such a basic hotel. Carpeted room!?- why? And of course stained! No shower gel just an empty bottle. We regretted getting a room here the moment we pulled up to the hotel. »

« We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture!
