'This was a great stay, start to finish. From the friendly greeting at front desk, to the nice, clean, roomy accommodations. The all day fresh coffee on the lounge was great. AND the nice shuttle driver gave great round-trip service to an event nearby! '

'Yes. Everyone was very kind. Our refrigerator wasn’t working and we lost some of our food that we had brought. They fixed the refrigerator and gave us 2 pizzas and cookie for our evening meal. That was so kind would stay here again. Very friendly.'

'When this hotel was first built it was awesome. It's really noticeable how dated, dirty, various odors lurking throughout. Problem number 1, desk, nor the site mentioned anything about renovations. Not to mention giving us a room right next door? Seriously? After we moved a week's stay worth of luggage, we had to move. Problem with room number 2 was no vent, no garbage disposal, and to finish me off. The shelf in the closet had dust all over it, of course I didn't see that until going to wear...

'The room had bedbugs. I took pictures of everything. They told me they were going to contact the third-party and refund me my money, but they never did. I spoke with someone who worked there that night. I was only in the room for less than 30 minutes when I got there and I immediately checked out and they offered me a refund. I came from out of town 67 hours away and it was complete fell off of my time.'

'As of March 2026 end, the property was open but not finished. Main driving entrance closed to traffic. Contractors working -- loudly -- in various parts of the building...including sleeping rooms. No gym yet. No pictures on the room walls. No soap dish. Sleeping room a generous size. Nice desk. Good lighting. Make sure you know where your room will be before you head up the elevator. Staff still learning. Asked for a room close to the elevator and was assigned to a room all the way down the...

'Staff upon check in was incredibly kind and welcoming! Breakfast was great!! Multiple hot items, cereal, toast/muffins, fruit, yogurt…plenty to choose from. Pool was great and warm! Location was great, too. It said they were remodeling/construction going on, but we didn’t notice at all. We will definitely stay here again, if we need a place in this area. I also had sent a message asking for our 2 rooms to be next to each other or as close as possible, and first floor. The hotel accommodated...

'This was our second stay in this hotel. It was a decent price for the type of room we needed. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly (we did stay for more than 2 weeks). Having a small kitchen is nice and there's a supermarket within 5 minutes on foot.'
