First Level
Enter through the oversized beautiful front door and cuddle up on the comfy couch or relax and enjoy a book on the leather chair. The kitchen table can sit up to 8 with another 4 at the peninsula. The kitchen has everything you need to make a yummy meal; you can even barbeque outside if you`d like! It also comes stocked with a Keurig and K-Cups.
2nd Floor
The master bedroom with a king size bed has an outside deck to hang out on and enjoy your coffee each morning. There is a jack-n-jill bath with a full stand alone shower and jetted tub leading to the second bedroom with a king sized bed. Each bedroom has Roku TV`s
3rd Floor
Heading up to the top level you`ll notice a door that leads outside to a rather large covered deck with a sectional couch. Inside there are two more bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and Roku TV and the other with a queen size bed and Roku TV. A full tub/shower combo bathroom is also up on this level along with a Keurig Coffee Maker, K-Cups, Microwave and Mini Fridge.
Basement
Hang out downstairs and play on the foosball table, or relax on the comfy sofa and watch a movie. Or, lounge on the Full XL over Queen bunk bed. The basement also has a full bath so you won`t need to go upstairs! The washer and dryer is down here too along with a set of stairs that leads up to the private courtyard.
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are pet friendly at this location for an extra fee of 100 per pet.
If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
There are absolutely no parties allowed at the home. If we find out that there is a party, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund.
