'Warm welcome we received from Clare and Andrew. Absolute lovely people to talk to. Clare helped us for our trip and informed us with a perfect kids walk up to the east cliff. House is perfect for a family (we have 3 kids). We could use the garden and had breakfast there in the sunny morning. We absolutely enjoyed this garden! Easy walk to the Hastings center.'

'The property was perfect for the 3 of us and 2 friends joined us for thelast 4 day, and there was still plenty of room. The veranda overlooked a small stream with ducks, fish and a moorhen, right on the edge of a nature reserves with very easy access. 2 of the bedrooms had on suite bathrooms, whi h were snug but perfectly adequate. We were very happy with our stay.'

'This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. '

'Wij hebben deze vakantie woning als heel goed en netjes ervaren . Alles zag er netjes en degelijk uit. Het ontbrak er aan niets . Super naar ons zin gehad, en zeker de hond . Die heeft de tijd van zn leven gehad . Deur uit zo het strand op en het water in. Omgeving was ook mooi en heerlijk over het strand kunnen wandelen . Echt top!!! '

'Eine wunderschöne schöne Unterkunft in der Altstadt von Hastings. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles sauber. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Minus Punkt sind die Parkplätze. Die meisten sind Gebührenpflichtig ca 13 Pfund am Tag. Wir hatten noch Glück und einen freien Parkplatz gefunden. '
