De ligging van het hotel was voor ons perfect!! Het ligt in een druk uitgaansgebied , veel winkels en naast een baai waar je heerlijk op een ligbedje de hele dag kunt zonnen! Als je voor rust komt kun je beter naar een ander gebied gaan, wij hebben bewust gekozen voor die drukte!!!! Het hotel was schoon en netjes. Het ontbijt vonden wij niet goed! Droog brood en heel simpel! Ontbijt was ook binnen en erg donker! Ook vonden we de hoek waar het ontbijtbuffet stond erg klein voor zoveel gasten! Dus hebben uiteindelijk elke dag ergens anders ontbeten! Wat ik heel erg miste op de kamer waren rekjes voor de handdoeken, zelfs op het balkon niet! Heb dat aangegeven en ik moest mijn handdoek maar buiten over de stoel hangen!! Voor de rest waren de kamers super!

Ik heb een top verblijf gehad! Het enige nadeel was dat het hotel midden in een uitgaanscentrum lag, waardoor er veel geluidsoverlast was wanneer wij wouden slapen, toeterende auto’s etc. Super tof hotel, DJ bij het zwembad, leuke feestjes bij de Infinity Pool! Schone kamers met een mooi interieur.

The hotel might look good, but the experience was very very bad. Perhaps most of the positive reviews were based on summer holidays. I stayed during the winter season. Good points: - Good smell inside - Location was great - modern facilities and building - great options for food Bad points: - No airconditioning, only heater - Room was extremely isolated which caused room temperature to be very high - In order to have a good temperature in the room you have to open the balcony door, but then you're lying there with all the outside noise - When I asked the reception to send someone to check on the ac, they sent someone without a uniform who appeared to be a security guard instead of a concierge. - The bed felt like a car tire. The mattress was of low quality for a 4 star hotel. - There was dust and hair to be found on various places within the room. - Airport shuttle was an extra 25 euros! That's more expensive than a luxurious taxi. - rooms weren't sound proof at all, you could hear pretty much everything from above and around the room. I booked the suite and honestly, it was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. I'd highly recommend any other options if you want a good stay, especially during the winter season. Also, when I pointed out the issues to the staff, they were very unprofessional and unwilling to help. Long story short, don't be fooled by the positive reviews. I've stayed in many hotels around southern Europe and this was one of the worst by far.

Modern & top hotel!
Mooi, modern en net hotel. Wij hadden de suite. Deze was erg ruim. Het bed lag geweldig. Verder was het er erg netjes en schoon. Alhoewel wij in de uitgaansbuurt zaten hadden wij geen last van geluidsoverlast gehad. Het hotel beschikt niet over een eigen parkeerterrein. Wij hebben onze auto in de parkeergarage op ca 200m afstand gezet. Dat was prima te doen. Hotel is top! Enig minpunt was de kluis. Deze zat namelijk niet aan de muur vast. Spullen in de kluis doen had dus weinig zij.

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL! very busy town and everything is near by the staff were lovely and the decor the staff done for my boyfriend was lovely with the rose petals and balloons and fruit platter.

Ein tolles Hotel, sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet und schöne Zimmer. Die Unterkunft befindet sich mitten in der Partyhochburg, deshalb ist hier die ganze Nacht Ramba Zamba. Da sich unser Zimmer im 8. Stock befand, hat man den Lärm nicht so gehört. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel hat leider keine Parkplätze, was nicht so toll ist, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat.

We stayed in hotel for two nights. Hotel itself looks beautiful, but there are few flaws. Firstly, hotel is right next to busy club street, literally 5 seconds walk. Parties until 4am, which is convenient if you there to party, but a bit loud and dodgy with all people loitering outside hotel. WIFI was terrible, music on TV was not playing, when we asked to check it, the IT guy who came to see what’s the problem, just said “TV is old, nothing we can do about it”. So basically just bring your own speaker. SPA is a nice touch, but when we were there, steam room and sauna were not hot at all, I am not sure why, we tried to ask about it, but no one could give any answer. Inside pool is mixed with jacuzzi, where jacuzzi doesn’t actually work at all, water however is jacuzzi temperature which means very warm, so that was ok. Walls in the inside pool are mouldy which is off putting. Rooftop terrace was nice, but we were unlucky with weather so didn’t use it, but defo go there, it’s really nice. Overall, for the purpose of our visit, I should have chosen different hotel, but it was okay.

The hotel itself was stylish but the quality was poor. Service was poor, had to keep asking almost everyday to get room cleaned. No towels left in the room after cleaning. Hot tub dirty on arrival, after use had to keep asking to be cleaned. Although tea and coffee were supposed to be complimentary day two none was supplied and when asked with yet another call to reception only coffee was supplied and no tea for the rest of the stay.. anyways the coffee machine was broken. The Hot Tub we only used as a bath as the jacuzzi function was super loud, they came to fix it as it was broken but still didn't make a difference, we couldn't hear each other talk so we didn't use it having booked the room for that facility. Shower kept flooding over the tray. Air con broke then randomly cold. The brand of H Hotel communicates luxury and style but apart from the beautiful façade the quality was just poor. You could get better quality toilet paper in public toilets!! Little things matter when you are portraying a top brand!

Usually I wouldn’t leave a review for a hotel. I guess because I’ve never been that impressed by hotels in the past but I felt the need to leave a review for the H hotel St Julian’s. From the beginning of checking in, all was very good service, Efficient and professional. Sadly, our room wasn’t what we expected. I won’t bother going into details as it’s irrelevant, what what is relevant is how swiftly the hotel staff ensured we was seen to, our room changed and two very happy guests that quickly forgot the negative impact our first night had. Breakfast, wow.. incredible! Such good choices, high quality foods with excellent service again. This hotel is amazing, the little touches, the cleanliness and the service just impeccable. The hotel would excel internationally and probably teach a few well know brands a lesson or two! Thank you for a wonderful stay H hotel.

Wir waren nun das zweite Mal in Folge im H Hotel und sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Lage ist wirklich top, man ist direkt im Nachtleben und kann innerhalb weniger Minuten alle möglichen Bars und Clubs erreichen und hat auch sehr viele Essensmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Ich bevorzuge Zimmer mit einem Balkon, da man so bessere Möglichkeiten hat zu lüften, falls man nicht so der Fan von Klimaanlagen ist. Das Zimmer ist groß genug und die Suiten sind sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Mein Highlight war bei unserem ersten Besuch der Whirlpool im Zimmer, der wirklich sehr groß war. Der Spa-Bereich ist auch sehr schön und man kann dort perfekt entspannen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und falls einem etwas fehlte, wurde einem direkt weitergeholfen. Der Service war wirklich top im Hotel. Uns wurde jederzeit mit all unserem Anliegen direkt weitergeholfen und die Leute waren immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit (besonders Anvar). Insgesamt würde ich wieder hierher kommen, da uns das Hotel bisher immer überzeugen konnte.

Stunning hotel, literally everything is walkable from the hotel. Great restaurant options, near the beach and bars. Only issue the rooms can be really hot.

Hotel war sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer. Dadurch das alles in schwarz gehalten ist sind die Zimmer recht dunkel. Ich war in der 9. Etage mit seitlichen Meerblick. War für mich eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Mitten im Party Viertel viele Bars und Clubs in der Nähe. Ist ein sehr belebtes Viertel deswegen ist auch immer eine Geräuschkulisse vorhanden. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern habe ich kaum noch was gehört. Für mich ein sehr gutes Hotel würde wieder kommen.

I check-in to a hotel every birthday staff didn’t acknowledge that it was my birthday even though they took my passport. This is the first time this has happened in the last six years. Also the room that I had was not a Seaview room and there was a smell of somewhat cooking scent in my room , I’ve stayed at the boutique hotel and enjoyed it as to why I bought the main hotel. This time I would say my stay at the boutique hotel was better . Didn’t have any issues over there and the staff were much friendly. I will be returning this week for business

Amazing hotel… I had to learn the hard way, but there is no need for a car; no parking in the area, and everything is in walking distance or Uber friendly.

Al check in ci hanno dato una stanza priva di riscaldamento nonostante fosse inverno, sostituita poi con una col riscladamento dopo varie lamentele, ma ad un piano più basso e con una vista mare non equivalente. Abbiamo trovato 2 blatte in camera. La stanza non è stata pulita adeguatamente e gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati. Non c'è abbastanza luce in camera. Il massaggio riservato presso la SPA è stato fatto pagare più di quanto pattuito e la temperatura della piscina indoor non era adeguata ad una spa (era appena tiepida).
