Had coffee , tea and juice . Now the front desk we had to wait some on staff. Of course around check in time 3, We arrived around 5, they were there. But the people were friendly and respectful. '

'What I liked: a hard floor in the room (no gross carpeting), clean and well lit bathroom, comfortable beds. Suggestions: need more hooks or racks in the bathroom, an over head light in the room would be nice. The check in guy said breakfast started at 6 a.m. but it didn’t start till 6:30 a.m. so I can’t review it.'

'Pros: Staff was helpful, early check in w no charge, no charge to replace room keys, check out was a breeze, honestly main reason it wasnt a lower rating. Shower ran very hot, AC was functional (66 for me). Cleanint staff could come every day if necessary. Cons: Outside constantly smelled like weed, bedframe had rust/appliances were dusty. Place just didnt feel very clean at all. Bathtub leaked water everywhere during shower, and the AC had dust all over the filter.'

'The property itself is stunning. There is a huge lake outside of the hotel that in normal circumstances would give you an amazing view. However, in my case, I booked and paid for an upgraded room with a FULL lake view. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, I was told that there was a concert in town and the hotel was overbooked.
