'Nice hotel, but parking is awfull. There a no handicap parking spots but 1 in the garage. For our second night even that one was taken so we had to park a few bloks further. The price per night is too high '

'Mooi hotel voor de reiziger die het niet erg vindt om wat langer te reizen naar de interessante plekken. Op 5 minuten lopen is er al een metrostation, en op minder dan 10 minuten het beginpunt van 4 lijnen naar Manhattan. Terwijl niet veel verder het strand en het pretpark van Coney Island te vinden is. Een hotel zonder veel poespas, maar perfect voor degenen die een hotel zien om vooral te slapen.'

'TownePlace is a solid chain. Love the amount of space and comfort these rooms have to offer. This particular hotel in Brooklyn is new (so the price it probably going to quadruple in the next month). The breakfast here was also a much welcomed part of stay. Looking forward to staying here again if the situation arises! '

'The lobby looks nothing like the photo on the hotel profile. It is small and dingy. The front desk clerks sit in glass box-for security reasons. The condition of the property is rundown with attempts to cover it with some loud patterns on hallway walls and floors. Our room had a strong unpleasant smell of dirty carpet and some cleaning supplies. The bathroom has a barn door, which you can't close property. The bathroom was ok.
