« We stayed 4 nights in July 2024. The apartment (217) was clean, hade everything we needed and had a beatuifum view of the mountains from the balcony. The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities. We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. We had a problem with a wasp nest and they took it very serious, managed to remove it and the management even gave us a compensation for the trouble we...

« Lækker lejlighedshotel med lækre værelser og veludstyret køkken. Meget tæt på byen og på lifte til Schmittenhöhe. God info omkring udflugter fra personalet. Var super hjælpsomme med sen tjek ind, som blevet klaret med en kode til en nøgleboks, hvor kortet til vores værelse var. Alt i alt godt sted »

« Es war alles top. Personal war sehr freundlich wir hatten genug Platz für uns als Familie mit 6 Personen. Die Ferienwohnung war top, sauber, genug Handtücher, tolle Betten. Pool und Sauna möglich. Wir kommen wieder. »

« We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant. (+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows) (-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing. "
