« The property was GREAT. It is local to everything while also being far enough off the main strip to be quiet. We easily could park 4 cars in the driveway with enough of room for everyone to pull out with out moving cars. The inside was very clean and neat. The accommodations described were all there and operational. This property is perfect for staying in on a rainy day or just a place to lay your head before the next adventure. »

« We had a lovely stay! The alligators visited daily which provided great entertainment!Our refrigerator failed:-( BUT, Katie & Edie were on it and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. I'd happily stay there again! »

« This property worked out very well for us. Our group consisted of two grandparents, 5 young adults and two young children. The garage-playroom with the basketball game, video game and ping pong table was great for the kids (and adults too). There was enough sleeping space for all of us. Good beaches are not far away. We had a great time. »

« We just returned from a wonderful week on BHI and Villa 45 did not disappoint! We love the location and beautiful views from both decks. Most importantly, we were able to bring our dog with us who loves BHI as much as we do. We can't wait to return soon. »

« Wonderful property and location! We booked for the holidays. Kitchen had all supplies needed to host a family Thanksgiving. Area was very quiet, location of property had easy access to all things. Elevator is a huge plus. Beds very comfortable. Management team was fast and responsive to needs during stay. Would book again. »

« We spent 3 nights here with our 2 year old pup. Very very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Communication with manager was excellent. We only had 2 pillows on our bed and we asked the manager if more were available somewhere in the condo. She had Walmart deliver 2 brand new pillows to our door the next day. Wonderful experience overall! »

« We had a very nice stay...check in was easy and we were able to check in a little early to beat rainy weather. The house was a good fit for all of us--8 in total...6 adults and 9 and 11 year old girls.The kitchen was well stocked, and we made use of it for breakfasts and lunches. Very convenient location to the beach! »
