'Friendly staff, had a real country pub feel but in town. Food was really good. Will definitely stay again, thank you'

'Good en quietly . Staff is friendly and helpful. We came in late, not a problem.'

'Alles prima !'

'The rooms in the photos are dressed up and don't resemble reality. Dirty carpets, windows that don't close (traffic noise all night), a ridiculous keyless entry system that doesn't work (locking me out of my room when I needed to take a shower and go to a business meeting), unclean rooms (literally things laying around from previous guests). Told the manager all about these things and she asked me to send in an email. Answer was no - owner needs to learn the hard way and put his hand in his...

'We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were perfect, nice and clean. It was close to a metro station and it was close to a lot of restaurants and shops. It’s even next to a hospital xp'

'Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer erg klein, maar voldeed. Beperkt ontbijt. Fijn dat er een parkeerplaats bij was. ‘‘S avonds geluidsoverlast van de gasten van het restaurant. '

'ウィンブルドンの試合のために使用しました'

'The parking is NOT a real amenity of the hotel - it is self-serve street parking that requires you to move your vehicle every 4 hours during the day or to park a 5 minute walk away in a more residential area. The location was easy access to the train station and local shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.'

'This is not a hotel, it is a house with digital locks on the doors. Location on maps is wrong. I had to call someone to find the house and for them to let me in. Bathroom is not nice, the sink and shower are clearly blocked. Bedroom was okay but very basic. The person on the phone was helpful but I also got locked out of my room at 5am and couldn't get back in until I sent a message on WhatsApp. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend staying here.'

'Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.'

'Adequate room and clean bedroom and bathroom. Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes. But good price for location.'

'Went to the address Hotel.com state. Its a private house, a deaf person answered and said it wasn't a hotel'

'Nice hotel, Free parking, good WiFi. The breakfast is excellent (we had traditional English), dinner is also very good. Pie of the day was steak n ale, yummy! Only minus is the noisy HVAC system.'
