We need a place with enough space for our family of four, but many accommodations we usually consider were fully booked. We typically stay at Mount Cinnamon or a villa. While Mandela offers some peace, we would never stay there again due to several issues:
- **Wi-Fi Problems**: The internet connection was very unreliable, and we received little explanation.
- **Leaking Ceilings**: Both bathrooms had leaking ceilings.
- **Pest Issues**: We encountered a significant bug problem, and there was no follow-up from management.
- **Inadequate Supplies**: Towels and toiletries were not replenished without us asking.
- **Security Concerns**: The main door to the property did not lock properly, and even when it did, we couldn't access the property with the provided code. This meant that anyone could walk in, although the area is generally safe.
Overall, it was a challenging 10-day stay, despite the property being in a calm area. I seriously considered leaving.
