Villa On The 18th is an entertainers delight. This 1874 sq. ft. Victoria Villa is located directly on the 18th Fairway at The Escapes at The Ledges. Having just finished construction, it has been meticulously professionally decorated and outfitted to meet the most discerning needs. Everything is brand new including 4K flat-screen TV's in all 3 private bedrooms, a Bose Bluetooth sound system, 100MB internet and Dish Network including the NFL package; there is something to keep everyone in your group happy. Stay, relax and enjoy the beautiful views of both Snow Canyon State Park and the Ledges Course. While staying in this unit you and your guests receive room service from The Fish Rock Grille and a discount at The Ledges Golf Club.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Perfect place to relax

This place was exactly what we needed - close to town, while being far enough out to relax and take in the beautiful views. Also right next door to snow canyon and wonderful hiking. The home was incredibly clean. We loved the airy, open feel and all the natural lighting and patio space. Love the privacy and size of the master suite. Would highly recommend.

The unit was lovely. Decorated nicely, clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the stove top not igniting, but the maintenance staff responded immediately and resolved the issue. Convenient to the pool, pickleball courts and bike rentals. We would stay here again!

Beautiful and spacious!

Spacious and beautiful! 3br2ba townhome, single story, with 2-car garage parking. The check in process was very easy. We received emails promptly with all the information and amenities available. We did not have any difficulties during our stay so did not need to contact the host, but I expect any issues would have be resolved quickly. Outdoor seating area was nice although we couldn’t find the cushions. View of the 18th hole was beautiful. Easy access to the interstate, Snow Canyon, golf, and grocery stores. Kitchen was amazing to cook in and dining table was great because it also expanded. Large living room to relax and watch TV. Having the printer was very helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Great location and space for our family time! Would book again.

Presidents Days Soccer vacation

We loved the property. Our only problems were the unit was not properly stocked when we arrived. No toilet paper, no dish washer pods, only small roll of paper towels left, no Dish cloths, outside garbage was overflowing, no kitchen trash can liners and the ice maker in the refrigerator was broken. These items were restocked the following day. No TP until Saturday.

Nice Get Away

It was a nice retreat. Near lots of outdoor activities. Snow canyon was a blast especially for the little ones. The golf course was a nice view. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals.
