This condo is located up above the Sunbrook Golf Course. The back patio has a city view.
There are 4 awesome city parks within just a couple miles, plus TONS of amenities!
Pool/hot tub/kiddie pool/Clubhouse/BBQPavillion/Tennis/Pickleball/Foosball//Pool/Ping Pong/Mini-Golf.
1.5 hours away from Zion National Park. Just over 2 hours to Bryce Canyon National Park. 1.5 hours to Las Vegas. 12 golf courses in the area. Hiking and incredible mountain biking on the Green Valley Loop is within walking distance.
Snow Canyon State park is 15 minutes away, as well as many other nearby attractions, included Fire Lake Park, Gunlock State Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and Quail Lake Reservoir, and Tuacahn Amphitheater.

Jocelyn was amazing, she provided all the information we needed and was always quick to respond. The apartment was cozy and in a great location, making it easy to get around. The condo also offers excellent amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

World Seniors Games stay.

We were in town for a week for the Huntsman World Senior Games. It was centrally located, which was wonderful. The host communicated well with us. Cute little unit and clean. We will definitely try to book it again next year! Super pet-friendly!

Great efficient place with easy access
A nice unit with easy access to the interstate and good proximity to many food options. The AC was not very powerful, and there were instructions to not turn it lower. A tower fan was provided to help. (Disclaimer I do prefer it colder than most at night) The kitchen had everything needed and even coffee available. The owner was very helpful and had great communication and helped with check in, the ac questions, and checkout. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful Stay
We can’t recommend our stay at this property enough. The host was extremely welcoming and communicated well from the initial booking, until the very end. The home was clean, and had everything we needed in a wonderful location close to everything in the area. The community was vibrant with many amenities and great access to the pools, courts and clubhouse. We would definitely come back, and recommend to anyone considering this home.
