It is our second visit to this residence, it is perfect, super comfortable, it has indications everywhere, it is very well supplied with what we need. This time we left behind some airpods and they mailed it to our house, it was amazing.

Perfect stay at the Ledges

Inside decor was so cute and modern, beautiful furniture, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, and so many outdoor relaxation areas. Bunk bed room comfortably slept kids, teens and newly marrieds. Everyone got a great nights sleep which was a family vacation game changer. Loved dining outside, relaxing by the fire pit. Loved the proximity to the pool and pickleball courts. Can’t wait to book this property again!

Amazing property!

I took my 2 kids (18 and 21) and 6 of their friends to St. George for Spring Break. They loved the loft area with all the bunk beds and the ping pong table, pool, and hot tub were huge hits! The kitchen was well appointed and the property manager was extremely helpful on a couple of occasions.

Beautiful location, a little further from town than I had anticipated. House was beautiful. Only compliant was it was very poorly stocked in comparison to any other rental we have had - ran out of garbage bags, no laundry soap, propane tank empty in fireplace, wifi didn't work.

We enjoyed our stay so much!! The kids LOVED all the bunk beds up stairs and their own TV. The deck was fun to sit around the fire at night . Each room is spacious and decorated so cute!!! We seriously loved this home and we will stay again for sure ! The pool is across the street and down just a few homes and so we walked to the pool each day easily ! Beautiful property!

We have stayed at this property before and could not wait to return. It has wonderful pools and pickleball courts! Our favorite part of the house is the sleeping accommodations, ping pong table, and fire pit feature on the outside patio area. It would be perfect with a hot tub. Overall it is the perfect layout for a large family to get together and we enjoyed our stay. We were rushed to get out by 11:00 a.m. A 12:00 noon check-out would be helpful for large families with little children. I think it would be the little extra that would make the difference and I would have given it five stars had I heard back about a later check-out. Overall they were responsive and when we needed ping pong paddles and balls they dropped them off at the front door right away. We are impressed! It is a beautiful property!

Nice place for family get togethers

Wonderful home!

We have stayed at another vrbo in the same development and loved the area, so when coming back we picked another unit and lucked out again! All of the kids loved the bunk beds, and the adults loved the king beds in every room! The pool area is nice and clean. We will definitely book again!

Check Your Fire Alarm Batteries

I would avoid this location and the management company that manages these properties. It is incredible how something as small as a battery can be overlooked. I understand that batteries go out. However, nothing can ruin a vacation then awaking at 2am to the wonderful chirp of that round devil on the ceiling. Batteries should be changed out on a regular basis. Even if not bad. Knowing the life cycle of the batteries is basic. I run my properties on a 12 month cycle and exchange them even if they do not need to be exchanged. Simple...Basic...but ruined my sleep. Which on a trip is important when you have kids, and are on a trip without them!!!!!
