Let's Go! Your Vacation Can't Start Soon Enough! This ground-floor, handicap accessible, open floor plan has your next vacation written all over it!

Fully relax and enjoy each others' company peacefully in our 4 BD / 4 BA condo. With lots of extra space for everyone to enjoy time together as well as the much needed separate space needed when sleeping. This condo has 3 master bedrooms with KING beds and private bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has 2 QUEEN beds side-by-side and a private bathroom as well (great for teenagers or young adults). The sofa in the living room opens to a full-size sleeper sofa for anyone who wants to "camp out" in the living room. If you plan to do most of the cooking on this trip then the kitchen is ready for you. We have all kinds of kitchen gadgets, mixer, instant pot, crockpot, griddle..... let's just say we have thought it through and made sure you can cook just about anything.

Not impressed at all

This is our 3rd time staying at Estancia, and this was by far the worst unit we’ve stayed in. The unit was not clean at all, and there was a sewage smell inside the unit the entire time we stayed. The floors “looked” clean, but when our baby would crawl on the floors, her hand and knees were black. Also, the pictures you see on the listing are NOT what you get in the condo. The listing is much nicer than the current condition of this property. The carpets and rugs were stained and dirty, the bedspreads were stained and smelt awful. The washing machine is covered in black mold, and had an awful smell. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of this unit. We love the Estancia resort, but I would not recommend staying at this unit.

Perfect little getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your location. The room situation was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Plenty of kitchen gadgets and TV's galore. The only thing that could use cleaning is someone actually scrubbing the showers, and the 2 front bedrooms metal bed frames kept our kids up all/night every night because they squeak every time you move in the bed. It was almost tempting to put the mattresses on the floor. Loved, loved, loved the washer and dryer....we used it almost every day. Loved that there was a grill outside the back patio and the pool and hot tub was an added bonus. We would stay here again. The location is also great. Not to far from most anything that you might frequent.

Spring had sprung!

The long weekend we chose to go to St George was perfect weather wise but a lot of things were closed, ie Tuacahn, etc. The property was perfect for our family size and it was clean. The amenities were great. We had some difficulty finding the unit and the gas grill didn’t work but maintenance got it fixed just in time to use it. (Thank you!). I would suggest that a few more large serving bowls, some cookie sheets and measuring spoons, cups, etc, would make the kitchen more functional. We would rent there again.

Great getaway!

We spent five nights here, ages 18 months to 84 years. So nice to have 4 bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms. The condo is roomy and well stocked. The pool and courts are great. Definitely recommend.

Excellent stay

Awesome Condo. Will definitely be back. Great central St George location, condo was very clean, and beautifully decorated. The space and layout made it fun for a family. Nice large kitchen table and well equipment kitchen for cooking. Hot tub was nice also! Only negative thing to say was it was frustrating to find, even with their directions.

Perfect for a small group with tons to do

We stayed for 3 nights with our family of 6 and our friend's family of 5. We had plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space. It was so convenient that everyone had their own bathrooms as well. The location of this specific unit is so so great. The pool/hot tub and basketball and pickleball courts were right out our back sliding door. In addition, this unit is ground level which made for easy in and out. We brought scooters and the kids rode them all over the complex sidewalks. We had plenty of parks close by. It's a little far ish (only 4 miles) off the freeway but has plenty of amenities close enough. We couldn't have asked for better weather for our winter weekend getaway. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking.

Ideal for our team!

We had eight ladies on our team for the Huntsman Games and everyone was able to secure their very own bedroom and bath. The condos were perfect, clean and had enough room for lounging and eating all together. We really enjoyed our stay here. The elevator was a plus especially after our long games each day. The previous condo we stayed in didn't have an elevator and that was difficult after a strenuous day of volleyball.

Absolutely EXCELLENT. Facilities were great.

Property was in excellent condition. Excellent location, swimming pool, hot tub and even pickle ball courts. Would book again. Condo was very clean and well supplied with dishes, towels, etc.

Comfortable, great layout for our 4-couples getaway

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and there was plenty of space for all of us to gather for meals and games around the table. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because when we booked the condo we were told that we would get 8 passes a day to the green valley amenities, and I confirmed it with the management company at booking time as well...but when we got to the condo there were no passes and after calling we were told that starting that week (the weekend we were staying), they no longer were offering passes to green valley. We were definitely bummed because we were looking forward to a weekend of racquetball, basketball, and swimming (indoors). We were allowed into Green Valley using someone else's pass for one day, which was nice, but we weren't able to enjoy all the amenities that we had planned on for any of the other days. Other than that mix-up, it was an enjoyable getaway.
