« This is our 2nd time here. We would rate 4.5 stars (very good). We had a little trouble watching olympics in the evening after great activities during the day in surrounding areas. The WIFI was slow so TV viewing was spotting on occasions. But loved our stay. We will come again. »

The upstairs studio has such a cozy feel and is in an ideal downtown St. George location — especially if you’re visiting a student at the university. « Ruff start..but overall good stay for what we where there for! Door lock batteries were dead and we couldnt get a hold of any one for about an hour... not one number left to contact was answered not even 24 emergency number had to contact vrbo to get inside...no extra sheets or blankets but 2 sofa beds? Towels were well used and washed but next time Ill bring my own... cute old history, very loud since so close to busy road »

« Property was immaculate and well maintained, exactly as pictured. Arrival instructions were clear and it was easy to access the unit, just be informed that this is located on the second floor with only stairs. It is an easy 40 minute drive to Springdale/Zion. If you stay here definitely go to Bonrue Bakery, just a few blocks away! »

« Our stay was fantastic. Dennis was quick and professional in responding to our many questions and needs. He was very good at including all the detailed information we needed before and during our stay. The condo was nice, comfy, and clean with lots of nice additions for our comfort and convenience. The kitchen was stocked with small appliances and dishes we needed. We loved the bathroom supplies.The sofa bed was comfortable too! We highly recommend staying here! »
