The main level is an open-air, bright and breezy space that supports a large living area open on both ends for gentle breezes. The front looks out over Pointe Milou and towards several of the lovely out islands between St Barts and St Martin - with St Martin in the distance some. The lovely and luxurious infinity pool , designed in warm Italian glass tile, is at the front of the main level.
Villa Skrutten is unique with its large custom Italian designed kitchen, fully air-conditioned and equipped with Miele and Gaggenau appliances. Two master bedroom suites are on either side of the living room, providing total privacy. Both suites have luxurious bathrooms. Villa Skrutten features two additional bedrooms on the lower level, sharing a bathroom and a small living room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the master suits each have LCD TV's. Villa Skrutten sits amidst its own beautiful tropical garden and a lawn area at the entrance.
The Villa is rented like a Hotel, per bedroom, 2 people per bedroom. There is an extra charge for each person beyond the first 2. If you are 3 people and you like 3 bedrooms you have to order the Villa for a minimum of 5 people. However be sure you are the only renters in the Villa.
Villa Skrutten is managed locally and the manager can take you from the airport (SBH) or Gustavia harbor to the Villa. He can also act as your personal concierge. Maid service is included daily except Sundays and Holidays.
