This quiet old Florida neighborhood is nestled between the beach and the Mantanzas River with canals weaving between the two. Quiet and picturesque with 3 restaurants all within a few minutes of the front door. A quick hop across A1A gets you to Butler or Crescent Beaches.

The space shown is a spillover spa, connected to the pool. It may feel slightly warmer at times, though it shares the same water system, so temperatures can naturally balance between both areas.

Quick notes to keep things safe and easy:

We are excited to offer a heated pool particularly in the Winter months. Pool heaters can be only do so much to heat the water when Winter temps fall below 60 degree even with brand new state of the art equipment that we have recently installed. By agreeing to this reservation you acknowledge that the owner and management team cannot realistically heat the pool to above 60 degrees should temperatures fall abnormally low in Florida.

-Happy to host your pup! Two dogs allowed for single pet fee of $200 for the duration of your stay. Please be aware that pets are not permitted in the pool.
-This is a smoke free home complete with nicotine detection devices.
-Renter must be at least 23 years old and present throughout duration of reservation
-Quiet hours between 10 pm - 7 am.

Please note that the home includes stairs and is spread across multiple levels. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable when booking, so this is simply something to keep in mind for anyone with limited mobility. If you ever have any questions before booking, we’re always happy to help.

Good to know
- Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
- A maximum of 10 guests is allowed.
- Parking: there is ample parking for 5 vehicles in the driveway, with room for at least one more on the grass if parked parallel with Salado Street.
- Pool safety: please no running on the pool deck, no diving, and no glass containers in or around the pool.
- The pool pump and heating equipment are fenced off and not for guest use. Please contact us if you feel the pool needs any adjustment.
- Winter pool heating: pool heaters can only do so much when winter temperatures fall below 60 degrees, so the pool may not stay above 60 degrees during abnormally cold weather in Florida.
- Guest-caused accidental damage is covered by the Safely Protection Policy; its cost is already included in your booking total.
