Spring Break in Vilano Beach, St. Augustine with awesome Sunsets

Welcome to “The Best of Both Worlds”. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house sleeps 10 and gives you spectacular water views from every room.

Enter this beautiful home by walking up stairs and looking right out our large dining room window straight to the ocean. The dining table seats 8 guests . Walk out the front door and onto an outdoor deck with amazing beach views. Sunrise on this deck with coffee is a must. Turn around and see the gorgeous family room with a triple sliding glass door that looks directly out to the fabulous marsh and inter-coastal waterway. There is a full sized sofa that converts to a queen sofa sleeper, as well as a loveseat to enjoy the views of sunrise over the ocean in the morning, and sunset over the inter-coastal waters in the evening. A large 55” flat screen TV sits above the fireplace and has Youtube streaming of all of your favorite channels. There is a pub table for playing games, or to use for 4 additional diners.

Step out the sliding glass door and onto a large beautiful screened in porch with another full sofa and 2 very comfortable oversized chairs. You will spend your every afternoon, enjoying this spectacular space and sunset views!

Adjacent the dining room is a kitchen that allows watching the ocean while cooking from the kitchen window. Fully equipped kitchen with electric 4 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and full sized refrigerator/freezer. Coffee Maker, blender, toaster, we’ve got you covered.

Turn right and head toward the Master Suite. This airy room has an oversized king bed, a 55” inch flatscreen TV, and an en-suite master bath connected by a large walk-in closet. The triple window gives you the same incredible marsh views as the screened in porch. The master bathroom has his and hers sinks, a walk-in tiled shower, as well as a jetted tub. Just lift the blinds over the tub and the ocean view awaits you yet again. This bath can also be accessed from the hallway.

On the other end of the house is 2 more bedrooms. A queen bedroom that has a sliding glass door that opens to its own private balcony and marsh view. There is also a side window view to the ocean. The 3rd bedroom has twin bunks, as well as a full sized Murphy bed that can be lowered to allow 4 guests to sleep in this room. Both windows yet again give you that awesome ocean view. The 2nd bath is located off the hallway in between the 2 bedrooms and has a large vanity and walk-in shower.

Below the house is a 2 car garage as well as a laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer and a dump sink.
The house is steps away from the beach and a public beach access..

We are 4 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine with award winning restaurants and shops. Did you know Southern Living listed St. Augustine as the top restaurant town in the southeast! We also have several fabulous restaurants right here on Vilano beach, as well as a Publix.
