Two Bedroom Two and Half Bath Home - Steps from the Beach - Pet Friendly

17 E Street is located on the east side of A1A Beach Blvd. here in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, and our home is just five lots off the beach.
Upstairs has a large open living room with a 43" flat screen TV and fold out queen size sofa bed. Off the living room is the private deck, and the perfect shady spot for lunch after a morning on the beach. The fully stocked, large kitchen is great for preparing and cooking meals. The master suite is also upstairs and has a king size bed, as well as a 43" flat screen TV. The full bathroom upstairs has a large walk in shower and oversized closet. The second bedroom is downstairs and has a queen size bed. Also, there is a second living room and small kitchenette downstairs, which makes Barney a great spot for couples traveling together.
We have high speed internet and cable television, so E Street is great for travelers that want to relax, but might still need to work. Our rental is perfect for families looking to come and enjoy the beach in St. Augustine.
The secure garage works great for guests traveling with bikes and other gear too. We also have plenty of beach chairs for our guests, as well as beach wagons to help you get everything to and from the beach each day.

This was our second time in two years staying at this wonderful place. All the comforts of home, short walk to beach access, and quick drive to historic St. Augustine. Morgan is a fantastic host who is very responsive to any questions. Looking forward to another visit!

Spacious, Lovely, Near the Beach

This one bedroom upper rental was perfect for my husband, my dog, and me. We loved the location, the access to the beach, the spaciousness of the apartment, and the balcony deck. It was a very easy check-in process and stay.

Great spot,very clean, responsive host!

The place was perfect for our stay with our pup. We walked to get coffee every morning and it was just down the street from the beach entrance....very convenient. The space was very open and large for a 1/1.5. Host was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun vacation

Property was great. Well equipped kitchen. Beach a very short walk away and dogs are welcome pretty much everywhere. Can also drive onto beach for a small fee which makes lugging all the beach gear so easy!

Hidden Paradise

This property was perfect for our getaway! It was five days of all the comforts of home with a laid back beach lifestyle. The beach is just at the end of the street for easy access anytime day or night. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance and downtown St. Augustine is just a short drive away. Morgan was fabulous to work with and was very welcoming and responsive. Truly a great place and looking forward to staying here again!

Awesome place

This was a great place to stay. The location was walking distance to beach and quick car ride to downtown. Several walking distance restaurants. There were plenty of pots, dishes, utensils to cook if we wanted to but we didn't. We had use of bicycles which we loved. Plenty of beach equipment but we had our own. It was a nice clean place to stay.

Beautifully Perfect

Such a beautiful property. Morgan was extremely communicative. It's walking distance to the beach, and shops. It was nice for my husband and I. We will be coming again, next time with the kids. It is a one bedroom unit but the bedroom is huge and will fit an inflatable bed for little ones. We were super happy!!!! Best anniversary trip ever.

Wonderful vacation!

Everything was as we had expected. The road noise our first week there was the only negative but it was during bike week at Daytona. After that week it was much better. It was clean and very comfortable with plenty of space to feel like home! Morgan is a great property manager and always available for questions or concerns. Would definitely come back.

Great Escape

This property is clean and inviting. We stayed upstairs and it was a very roomy 1 bedroom with a large fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, 2 bathrooms and our own deck. We were in town on a difficult mission to help out an elderly aunt and the rental was just the escape we needed. Clean and relaxing. Morgan, the property manager could not have been nicer or more responsive. A great place! Our only negative was it’s right on A1A and our dog got out. It could have been a disaster. The place being pet friendly was really great, though, and there were no traces that pets were allowed. Only a few houses away from a beautiful beach. Excellent place!

Relaxing Beach Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, almost five weeks long. Literally everything was easy and hassle free. The host welcomed us the first day and after that was immediately responsive to our questions and a special request. The upper level of this house felt spacious and struck the right balance of chic/beachy. The deck was bright and breezy and even tho busy rtA1A is right there, it was fun to be up above the walkers and any traffic (mostly cars) with a beverage in hand. The kitchen and laundry had everything you would need to function as you would at home. There were plenty of towels and linens are provided. The large downstairs hallway was great for leaving luggage, jackets and sandy shoes. The road dead-ends at the beach access- only five houses down the street. The beach is gorgeous and starts with a wide swathe of dunes then a wide soft, white sand to the shore. It’s only five miles to historic area so we visited several times to tour, eat or just stroll. We loved it. As for eating, our standouts were Columbia, MoJo BBQ and Funkedelic Food Truck. There were plenty of places to hike as well, all less than 15 miles from E St. Location. (Moses Creek, Washington Oaks, Anastasia State Park) This place really checked all the boxes, from the nice accommodations to the general area and the multitude of things it had to offer. We plan to visit a new place every year, but if we were to make a repeat visit, this would be the place. Highly recommended.

Best vacation rental experience EVER!

The property owners are extremely kind, helpful, and so welcoming. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs along with us, and the fact that it was SO clean and comfortable (we love our dogs but we love to keep it clean) made it so much more enjoyable! The home had everything we needed, including just enough necessities to get us through our stay (toiletries, detergent, etc). I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was by far the BEST. I have my fingers crossed that we will get to enjoy this lovely place again in the future!

This was a perfect vacation! Couldn't ask for a better location. Brought out fur baby with us and this house was just perfect for the 3 of us! We would absolutely reserve this home again. Morgan was an outstanding host. Excellent communications !
