The perfect family vacation spot with marvelous oceanfront view of beautiful Crescent Beach. Our unit is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, pool, direct access to the beach and only minutes away from multiple dining choices in St. Augustine, all the historical and sightseeing attractions with one of the best view on the beach. The perfect place to relax and enjoy your time away.

The view welcomes you the moment the front door is opened with a direct ocean view through spacious ceiling to floor windows. The view draws you down the hallway which opens -up into the kitchen, dining room and living area. The whole area can be used for enjoying family or a romantic evening with a 55” flat screen TV.

Slip through the sliding glass door from the living room onto the balcony to enjoy the sunrise with that first cup of freshly brewed coffee in the counter chairs while catching a glimpse of dolphins, if you are lucky.

You may find your favorite room is the master suite but I will leave that up to you. The suite is furnished with a brand new luxurious king-size bed, en suite bath with shower and tub, 55” flat screen TV, spectacular ocean views where you can walk out onto the private balcony.
The condo has two other spacious bedrooms and a second full bathroom convenient to both. One bedroom offers brand new queen size bed, 55” flat screen TV with view of the Intracoastal Waterway which is perfect to enjoy the sunset with a quick step out of the front door. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a 55” flat screen TV, just perfect for the kids.

For your convenience upon arrival, you will find all the sheets, pillows and towel sets needed for every bed and bath. We have a full- sized laundry room with a washer and dryer you are welcome to use, so freshen up those swimsuits and beach towels. Four beach chairs are located in the laundry room and beach towels are in the master linen closet for a relaxing day on the beach.

At the Sand Dollar II complex the following amenities are provided, covered parking, an oceanfront pool for lounging and sunbathing with tables and umbrellas. Enjoy relaxing with a good book in the shade or soaking up the sunshine. You have lighted tennis court bordering the marshes for a quick game of tennis and pickleball. The best of all, a private walkway leads you down to the beautiful white sand beaches of Crescent Beach. You will soon find out these are all the reasons to vacation at our condo. So, make your reservation now for the best place on the beach.

A home away from home

John and Tammy provided a comfortable, clean, relaxing home to return to after a day at the beach. This lovely condo directly overlooks Crescent Beach with easy access to the beach. The amenities and personal touches make it seem as though they have invited us into their home. They provided everything we needed and more! We highly recommend this unit and will return.

A great get away

We had a great stay at John’s place! The ocean view can’t be beat. We struggled with the door lock (which was likely user error), the elevator didn’t work for half of our trip, and pool was shut down for a day, but otherwise everything was fabulous. John was very responsive every time we needed to reach out. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and extra towels/beach chairs/ beach toys/games were super helpful with the kids. We hope to be back!

Oceanfront Paradise

Our visit was perfect! We have stayed at nine different ocean front condos along St. Augustine Beach and this was by far the cleanest and most well-maintained and best-stocked condo we have ever stayed in. The ocean front view with floor to ceiling windows in the living room was outstanding. The furniture, beds, and carpet were immaculate and brand new. The hosts generously supplied start up amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap,etc., plus the unit also had beach towels, beach chairs, games, and a fully stocked kitchen. The Adirondack balcony furniture was lovely and comfortable. The walk-over to the beach was short and easy; not too many stairs. With a great location on A1A, not far from grocery stores and restaurants, vacationing here was exceptional. Plus our communication with the hosts was seamless. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

As we opened the front door, our breath was taking by the view of the ocean thru the floor to ceiling windows. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee while watching the sun rise off the balcony. Beach Cottage in a Condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very cottage like in feel. The owners were very gracious and open to communication. The community was very family oriented, the beach was not overcrowded, and it was a short drive to historic St.Augustine. We felt very welcome.

Hosts With The Most!

Our condo owners were exceptionally eager to make our stay a memorable family time in a beautiful setting by the ocean. It was the roomiest, clean unit we have rented. They provided tourist info and made restaurant recommendations. When we arrived there were flowers and a variety of snacks and assorted coffee flavors. Our hosts responded quickly to our two calls.

Absolute bliss!

We had the most relaxing vacation ever. This apt has everything you could possibly need and more. We arrived to fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, snacks, coffee, water and sodas. This place was immaculately clean and smelled so fresh. We love this place and will stay again and again. The Host is wonderful and clearly put much thought and care for his guests who stay here.
