The property is dog friendly. We accept small to medium dogs up to 40 lbs. All dogs must be preapproved by management prior to making the reservation. We kindly ask that you keep dogs out of the pool and not on the furniture. Non-refundable pet cleaning fee $400 per dog, per stay.

The property is available to host certain small, private events. Please contact management to discuss. ALL events, small or large, must be pre-approved prior to making a reservation. Unauthorized events will lead to fines and cancellation of reservation without refund. This is a private neighborhood so please respect the privacy of our neighbors and the quiet times from 10 pm to 9 am.
