One story. The beach is a one block stroll with no major streets to cross. Keep your car at home..walk to the beach 2 minutes stroll . Downtown, St. Augustine, is a 10 minute car ride. Not a condo scene. Crescent Moon cottage is in front but completely separate. Shared laundry room.

Although Mother Nature didn't cooperate with us, we were very happy with the property. The cottage was clean and well maintained. The fenced backyard was a plus for our little dog. Nice home with very nice back yard. My only negative is how uncomfortable the beds are. The stove is very old and I didnt use the oven due to a seal being damaged. Which was a concern.Otherwise, it is lovely home and id recommend it.

We had a great time at Ooo Laa Laaah. The main reason we booked was because of the fenced in back yard for our 2 dogs. It was a great area. Access to beach was too easy, just a block away and with a vehicle beach access, there was no need to climb dunes or walk on the boardwalks. No issues at the house. It had everything we needed. Large/Long driveway.

As always, a five star stay at this property! This was our fifth year staying with Martie in Butler Beach. In the past we’ve stayed at the front cottage (see the Crescent Moon) but we loved the additional space of the Ooo Laa Laaa this year. You can’t beat the location! A two minute stroll to a pristine beach with the softest sand. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Super close to the stores and restaurants of Anastasia Island and a quick drive to historic downtown. The house is immaculately clean. They are very welcoming of pets and walking in you’d never know. I was even down on the floor looking for something under the couch, with my nose thisclose to the carpet and there is zero pet smell. Martie, your cleaning team is top notch. The house is so well stocked. You literally just have to show up and buy some groceries. She’s thought of everything.The backyard is also immaculate. We enjoyed the space in the backyard and nightly smores in the fire pit. We can’t wait to be back next summer!

Great Place!

My husband and I spent 9 weeks here (not long enough) and loved it. Martie is terrific and communicates promptly. The property is steps from the beach and you don't have to cross A1A. Everything you need is there and it was very clean and neat. The only problem we had was that it was already rented for next year. Hopefully we will book early enough to come back the year after next. Thanks for everything Martie, you have a winner with this property!

The owner was fantastic with communication. The property was perfect for two to four people, and the fenced in back yard was fantastic for the puppies. We have rented numerous properties before, and this one was the best equipped of any we have stayed in. There were games, Roku and DirecTV. We hope to book it again.
