The sky is clear for stargazing at night and you can often see horse-drawn carriages drive by this prime downtown location. Enjoy your morning coffee on either of the relaxing porches. Our stay was fantastic. The entire place was exceptionally clean, beautifully set up, and incredibly inviting from the moment we arrived. Every detail felt well thought out, making the space comfortable and relaxing. The bathtub was especially impressive—perfect for unwinding after a long day. This place is beautiful!My wife and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary and this cottage is located at a great spot!It is very close to everything. Parking fits 1 car, maybe 2 if you squeeze. The owner was very accommodating. There was cookies for us, wine, coffee, bath soap and more.Clean towels.Clean sheets.Very nice!!!Our one and only complain.... dusty.Unfortunately, who ever cleans the place has been avoinding dust for months.The most used areas were clean.But the ceiling fans, window sills, shelves... very dusty.Mind you, I am allergic to one thing on this planet... dust mites.That being said, I do not blame the owner. Maybe they depend on a cleaning service and they have not inspected in a while.Besides that, our vacation was great!

We had the loveliest weekend in this cottage. We would definitely recommend and stay again. The natural surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The interior is beautiful, modern, and comfortable. Owners clearly care about this property and making their guests feel at home. We chose this cottage for its described proximity to downtown St. Augustine. I wouldn't say it's "next to" downtown, as it took us about 20 minutes to walk to that area. However it was an easy walk and not a problem for us personally. Just a heads up! If you're looking for a private, excellent place to stay, look no further!

This home was clean and quite charming. I loved the handmade soaps in the bathroom. The decor and plants made it feel very homey. This was the perfect get away from our romantic weekend. The host was very welcoming and had great communication. It is closely located to downtown St Augustine. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone else.

The inside of the house was very clean and comfortable. However the outside grounds was over grown and needed trimming and the front porch needed to be tended to as well. The front door lock kept messing up and we had to walk around the back door to get in. I would definitely recommend this place to stay as it was in a nice neighborhood and location.

Delightful Cottage in Historic Downtown

Wife and I stayed for 3 days. Very clean interior. Great Bathroom with both a tub and shower. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Living room and kitchen were clean and nice. Great Decorations in home and able to raise and lower shades to let in natural light. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Only slight negative very tight parking and front door harder to get in and out of than back door. Thank you!!!

A cozy and beautiful cottage

Had a great stay there, loved how secluded it feels with vacant lots and greenery on each side (traffic on the somewhat main road it faces was nearly unnoticeable). The cottage had nearly everything we needed, centrally located, was nicely decorated and clean.

Our stay was relaxing and comfy cozy. We visted the attractions close by, and went out to eat and shopped. This was a much needed mini vacation. All the personal touches for our stay was fabulous. From the Sumatra coffee, sweet smelling soaps, to all the convenient amenities. We will be back again.

Quaint and cozy

Wonderful place for a couple to stay when visiting historic St. Augustine. Clean and bright, quaint and cozy. The cottage has everything necessary for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Easy walking distance to the oldest part of the ancient city, it is also part of the Lincolnville neighborhood and close to excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We will definitely be back.
