Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire townhome, second floor balcony, and all community amenities. Free Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry are included. We also provide complimentary coffee for your first morning.



The Neighborhood:

Point Matanzas Condominiums are a 44-unit waterfront complex in Crescent Beach, roughly 10 miles south of St. Augustine Beach. Situated on the Matanzas River, this quiet complex offers stunning river views, a community pool, and a private boat ramp, providing easy access to both the ocean and intracoastal.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental, however, many restaurants and the beach are both in a very short walking distance! Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
