PLEASE BE ADVISED THE COLONY REEF CLUB PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM OCT 2025 – MAY 2026. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

This beautiful second floor condo is your ideal beach vacation spot. With a beautiful coastal theme throughout, you’ll be able to settle into beachside living no matter how long you stay. The living room is tastefully decorated and has plenty of seating for the whole family. The spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped to prepare your favorite home cooked meals and comes with both a drip coffee pot and a drip coffee as well as a stackable washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed as well as a renovated master bathroom with a walk in shower! The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom, or the “Crow’s Nest,” has three built in twin beds, bunk bed style!

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Just Fine

Unfortunately this condo did not live up to the pictures. It was very run down and all the furniture was stained and sagging. There was mold in the caulk in the bathrooms. Not sure the last time it was deep cleaned. Also, the exterior of the complex was not very maintained. For example, there was a huge hole in the wall in the stairwell that hadn't been patched. On the plus side the beach was great and the pool was good. Check in and check out were easy with minimal check out chores. I would say just set your expectations accordingly when coming to stay here.

Perfect getaway

Perfect family getaway. Close to everything without being in the craziness of the tourist traps. Easy walk to a gorgeous beach. Kids loved the indoor pool. The only thing that was inconvenient is there were no paper towels or Dishsoap and we were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper and two trash bags, which is a little tough with seven people. We would stay here again but would definitely buy necessities before we got there as it was inconvenient to have to go buy that stuff when we wanted to relax. Overall top notch though, and we stay at a lot of vacation rentals. This was a really great one.

Great beach/pool view condo

This was a very nice unit with a very generous sized patio with a great beach view and directly overlooking the pool. Has a nice sized living room and kitchen with great walk in pantry with a full sized washer and dryer. The beds were all comfortable and the place is pretty well appointed and updated. Very cute place. Would stay there again.

The apartment was not really clean

The apartment was not really clean, especially the coffee maker and the kitchen utensils. The doormats are very worn out, makes for a bad impression. In general the maintenance of the apartment was poor. In short, bad impression would not return to that specific apartment and lost faith in VRBO

Perfect Condo

Loved this condo! Beautiful upgrades and comfortable furniture. Condo overlooks the beautiful pool and courtyard. Easy ocean access. Only thing could’ve used extra would’ve been bath towels.

Awesome condo!

We had an amazing time in this condo !! Great location, access to the beach and access / proximity to downtown. Very clean with lots of helpful items in the kitchen. Only down side was we did not have enough bath towels /wash cloths. We probably could of called front desk, but we made do. As far as space - we had 5 adults and 1 child and were very comfortable. Even the bunk beds in the “crows nest” slept an adult comfortably ! We would highly consider returning to this very condo in the future!
