  • Si vous êtes à la recherche d'une suite avec balcon Plus dynamique au 3e étage, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Ce condo est juste pêche, il a l'avantage du lit queen Murphy dans le salon. Même s'il y a un lit king dans la chambre privée, de nombreux clients choisissent de dormir sur le lit queen Murphy pour se réveiller au lever du soleil sur le front de mer. Relevez vos pieds pour vous détendre dans le fauteuil inclinable ou avec le pouf. Profitez de la grande télévision à écran plat de 37 "dans le salon ou d'une belle télévision à écran plat de 26" dans la chambre. Ce condo a la cuisine complète et une belle table de cuisine. La salle de bain a été repeinte dans un joli jaune et dispose d'une baignoire assez récente. La chambre privée a le lit King size confortable et le carrelage dans tout ce condo garde les choses propres et bien rangées. Si vous cherchez de la chaleur en Floride, vous la trouverez dans le Condo # 324. LES ANIMAUX NE SONT PAS ADMIS

Not smoke free!!

Everything was as expected, basic amenities plus what we came for: beautiful view of dunes and great beach! BUT property is advertised as smoke free and our unit reeked of decades of past smokers. An air purifier was running when we arrived but not effective. I wouldn’t chose this unit again but Beachers? Yes!

Does NOT sleep five as listed

When I booked this, I entered that we would have five adults. This says it sleeps five. I asked about sleeping arrangements and was told they would have a twin roll out. Not only was it not there, they refused to let me use one without paying for it. I was not told this and I have screenshots to prove it. I was told that most people “bring kids who just sleep on the couch”. That’s where the fifth bed is. Again, in put five ADULTS in the booking. We had no linens for the Murphy bed. We only got towels for four. This condo does NOT sleep five. Just be aware. The staff was nice. However when messaging, you are not speaking to the owner. You are speaking to the office and multiple people respond to it. Apparently that’s where the confusion was. However, I have proof of what I was told. Not a happy customer and won’t be returning here.

However room 324 was listed as Gold and did not meet this rating. The room was basic, not updated, lacked decor, tv didn’t work for Netflix or anything beyond 13 basic channels. I recommend changing room rating to bronze and charge appropriately. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After a spur of the moment decision to extend our vacation by three more days, we had to move from our original unit, to this one. I'm so glad we did because it gave us perspective on the difference between Balcony Suite, and Balcony Plus Suite. We really loved the extra room. It was very clean, and the king bed was very comfortable. My husband loved the recliner, which you rarely find in a rental. We loved it so much that we went ahead and booked it again for next year. One little issue though, the bathroom vanity is very small and no drawers to put things. I improvised and set up the ironing board to put our toiletries on. ☺️. The staff was so nice and helpful.

It’s close enough to downtown St. A but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and lack of busy traffic noise. Our unit was very nice, very spacious. It had a recliner, which was great for my husband! We didn’t prepare any meals there but the kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need, except spices and S & P. There is a laundry facility on site but not in the unit itself. The TV in the bedroom was a pain to use because it didn’t have traditional cable, only streaming, which we’re not fans of but not a deal breaker. We highly recommend staying at Beacher’s Lodge. This will be our go-to place whenever we return to St. A.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it is fine. The Murphy bed legs were broken so as an adult we did not feel comfortable using it. Maybe there should be instructions and weight limits for use. Outdoor balcony furniture could use an update. Cushions were absorbing the moisture so couldn’t sit on which was very disappointing. Would recommend a vacuum be used when cleaning as well as a mop.
