Our building has only 7 wonderful units. Three on each of the first two floor and one on the top floor. We have a direct walk way to the ocean from our outside patio.
Seacrest 101 has the comfort and all the furnishings of a home with a fully equipped kitchen, linens for sleeping, bathing and beaching, games and toys, baby equipment, pet blanket, and so much more. This boutique 7 unit luxury building is without the numerous comings and goings of those in a multi unit high rise building. Privacy galore. Beautifully furnished. Access to the beach could not be more convenient from this ground level home. Just a short stroll over the private walkway and the wonderful wide and sandy beach awaits you. Always kept in pristine shape and thoroughly cleaned after each guest, this home also boasts beautifully appointed rooms with touches of luxury. Sliding glass doors offer an unencumbered ocean view from the open living room, dining room and kitchen. The covered patio offers plenty of room for dining, or just relaxing with the seascape view. Peaceful greens, blues, yellow and creams make up the sunny interior of Seacrest 101. High quality furnishings with casual décor add to the ambiance. Winter time gas fireplace for those cozy evenings. Dining table easily seats 6 plus booster chairs available for the little ones. Cook by the sound of the waves with the fully stocked kitchen, complete with granite counter tops, custom cabinets, microwave, self clean oven/cook top, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher....and even spices for your gourmet taste. The sunny master suite has a king size bed, a large walk in closet and a roomy master bath with soaking tub and separate shower. The are two other sizable bedrooms....one with a queen bed and one with twin beds...and they share a bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in a hallway closet. A storage closet is just outside the front door with your chairs, umbrellas and beach toys and more. There is on site parking with up to 2 spaces for this unit. (Possibly 3 on request) Beach towel, chairs, umbrellas, sand buckets, toys, cards and games, books, baby equipment, cable televisions, high speed wireless internet, top quality bed and bath linens, fireplace for winter use and much more to make your stay a most memorable vacation experience. For the little ones, we have a pac n play with sheets, 2 booster chairs and lots of games. Dogs are loved, but only well behaved ones. (check with owner about size and breed and read the pet agreement) How fun it is to watch the dogs enjoy their beach holiday as well. Historic St Augustine is just an easy 5 minute drive. Ponte Vedra Beach is just 20 minute drive north with the world famous TPC golf course on which you may play. Explore St Augustine with it's many attractions, walking streets, boutiques, great restaurants, carriage rides, a super outlet mall, river and Intracoastal cruises, parasailing, deep sea fishing, exploring the Guana River park. Golf abounds, both in the St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra areas, including the TPC golf course in Sawgrass. The World Golf Village is just 15 minutes away. Dozens of other public and semi public courses are within minutes in several directions! A trip or two to Ponte Vedra is perfect for golf, great dining, and shopping. Easy day trips can be made to Daytona and Marineland (about 1 hour); Disney World and other Orlando theme parks (about 2 hours); the Kennedy Space Center (about 2 1/2 hours) and to various parks and springs throughout northern and central Florida.. Yet, you may just want to stay and relax with the surf and sand at your backdoor with many activities within minutes
