Both bedrooms include ceiling fans and TVs, while the main living area features a 55" Roku TV with premium cable for easy entertainment.

Step outside to your private, fenced, and gated lanai—perfect for relaxing, dining, or enjoying Florida’s warm weather. The lanai gate provides quick, easy access to nearby parking. A washer and dryer are located in the Owner’s bathroom for added convenience.
