'It's been a very long time since I've been treated so good at a hotel. The front desk personnel was very heĺpful and went above and beyond to insure everything I needed I had. The cook came out and asked if he could get me anything and if breakfast met my standards or needed improvement. The room was clean, the staff was amazing including the cook, and the guard, at the door. They all made my stay the most pleasant experience I've had in a very long time. 'Hotel is absolutely gorgeous and staff is very friendly. The styling is exactly to my taste ('minimalistic-chique'). Only stayed there for one night for business; may go there again. The only drawback is the insanely expensive overnight parking fees ($40 for Minneapolis is on the steep side) and additional fees for rooftop bar and pool ($25) are a bit much for hotel guests. '
