'It was clean and nice. The staff are great! A little dated but ok.'

'Clean room close to WEM'

'The staff were great the bar had great food and great staff'

'I was pleasantly surprised. Great place to stay.'

'Comfortable'

'The room was great, smelled clean. I really disliked the paper cups and the bamboo forks, spoons, knives in the breakfast room. I think this could be done better.'

'Our stay was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. It was old have been nice if there were end table on other side of bed for phone and book, etc. also there were no glasses in the room, coffee cups for coffee but no glasses. So if wanted a drink you had to use the coffee cup which we all know paper cups doesn’t last long with liquid in it. Other than that it was awesome. Enjoyed our stay and having a restaurant on premises is always a bonus!!'

'The air conditioner in the room needs to be changed. It looks outdated and is very loud. Front desk staff are very accommodating.'

'This is a surprise hotel. It looks like everything was refitted recently. Very nice rooms. Spacious too; we had the ones with a kitchenette. The stove was ‘vintage’, but worked fine. Don’t expect to prepare extensive meals, because the kitchenware is limited to the basics. Staf is very friendly, breakfast is continental with fresh fruit and great muffins. So; we enjoyed our stay!'
