Golf Getaway! Perfect for Large Families!

Located only 10 minutes from the airport, come stay at our public golf course home on a quiet cul-de sac. Great amenities such as a community basketball court, a spacious kitchen and a dining room that will seat all 8 guests. Our home has 2 living areas, 4 spacious bedrooms (3 queen and 1 king), and 3 full baths. If you are in the mood, the kitchen has everything you need to serve a delicious meal! Lots of small appliances available, including a crockpot and air fryer! This split floor plan house is perfect for large family gatherings or great friends getting together!

This house is NOT for those who want to throw loud parties. We have a STRONG neighborhood watch and they will call the authorities if they suspect illegal activity. This is a quiet, kid friendly neighborhood. All guests must be part of the original agreement and children count as guests. All cars MUST be parked in the driveway. There is room for 6 average size vehicles, plenty of room for all 8 guests. Our HOA does not allow utility vehicles, boats, RVs, or trailers. You will be charged $35 per night if they are parked OVERNIGHT.
Equipped with a back up generator that will run the entire house. It also contains a tankless water heater. Sorry, no pets and no smoking or vaping allowed on the property. The garage is NOT available with house rental.

Look out to the back yard to see the 15th green and 16th tee box (green fees not included with the price of the home.) Located 5 minutes from grocery stores and eating establishments.

We are not far from everything Springfield has to offer - Hit Bass Pro or watch any of the local teams: Springfield Cardinals Baseball, Missouri State Bears, and Drury Panthers are minutes away. About an hour drive to Downstream Casino. Close to the airport with easy access to major roadways. Just about 1 mile from the wedding venue Haseltine Estates. Located 5 minutes from the Springfield Stockyards. Located 10 minutes from Bobby Alison Sports Complex.

We were in Springfield for a family reunion. My two sisters and hubbies, myself and my husband along with our 98-year-old dad stayed in the house. The house is beautiful, floor treatments are beautiful, and I've never seen flooring with no thresholds at bedroom doorways. It was very helpful for dad. The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and that is also a plus when traveling with dad as we can watch his diet better if we cook. Extra comfy blankets were nice as well.There are some suggestions we have for the future -Master bathtub is unusable as the water sprays to the side out on the floor not in the tub.Instructions on how to use the Master shower would be helpful as well as a safety bar.Ice Maker on the fridge doesn't work and the filter needs to be replaced. Understand there was a bag of ice and an ice maker on the counter, but some kind of communication would have been helpful.The dishwasher dispenser does not work. Low on Cascade - only enough for 2 loads and no pods were in the pantry. The rinse agent area was gunked up with something and there was no rinse agent stocked.12-cup coffee pot in the pantry still had old coffee grounds in it.Sprayer on the kitchen faucet does not seat-upStool seats in all but the Master move and need to be tightened.WIFI information in the book was incorrect. Should be noted that it should be all lower-case.Only a few drawers and shelves available for clothing.Guest Book would be nice

Extra Extra Read All About it- Haseltine Estates Wedding.

June 17-24 we decided to stay here! A welcoming home in a beautiful neighborhood with picturesque Golf Course landscaping. More importantly, it was in close proximity to our son’s wedding week(end). We felt safe, secure, rested, and check in, check out was a breeze. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, sheets, and towels, and blankets. I appreciated pre-planning itineraries which included feedback from prior residents and stay reviews. Definitely would stay again when visiting Springfield, Mo. Thank you for the awesome welcome home snack basket! We never ran out of necessities and the trash pick up was on schedule.

Great Springfield home

Our 4th year staying at this property with our family and friends. Worked perfectly for our group with the layout having 2 bedrooms on each side of the house. In a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. Hosts are easy to work with. House feels like home away from home- fully stocked with plenty of towels, games, kid books, kitchen needs, etc highly recommend !

The property was what we expected from the description. We did not have any major issues. Guests should note there are 3 bathrooms but only 2 hair dryers. We shared dryers but would have packed one if we'd known. Guests should be prepared to walk out in the wet grass to dispose of trash around the back of the garage. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. The host's directions were excellent. We would highly recommend this property.

Girls Family Trip

My sister and two adult nieces spent four nights at this beautiful home located on a golf course. It was quiet, well stocked, clean and had lots of space. It was nice after being out for the day to come back to this home and relax. We will come back again next time we visit our Springfield family.

This is a very nice place to stay. I was in town for a wedding. This place had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for my family to stay here with us. Awesome kitchen and plenty of space to sit and visit with each other. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Excellent Property

Perfect rental for family attending a wedding at a nearby venue. Everyone had their privacy and there was plenty of room to come together for games and meals. Hosts were quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely book this property again if we are in the area.
