- While this 2-story home offers step-free entry, 2 bedrooms and one bath located on the 1st floor, interior stairs are required to access the main living area, kitchen and the primary master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
- This property sleeps 8 adults with an additional child trundle pullout bed. There is (1) king bed, (1) queen bed, (2) double bunk twin beds and (1) twin child trundle pullout bed.

Parking:
- Parking is available in the grass in the front yard of the property.
- Street parking is not allowed because the street is too narrow.

Our home is located in a peaceful residential river community, and we kindly ask all guests to help us keep it that way.

This property is intended for relaxing family stays and small gatherings only. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior at any time is not allowed.

To respect our neighbors and the natural environment:
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
-No parties or events.
-No loud music outdoors at any time.
-Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Please be respectful of neighbors and their property at all times. Do not use neighboring docks, boat slips, or waterfront areas. These are private property. Be mindful of the river environment — no littering and follow all local boating and waterway guidelines.

We love sharing this home with guests who appreciate the beauty of the river and the quiet nature of the area. Guests who cannot follow these rules may be asked to leave without refund.
