'Everything seemed fresh and recent. The pool, patio and gym were all in good shape and we used them well! We had a wedding to attend and had a small wardrobe malfunction. The young ladies at the front desk, Jaye & Honey, found us some safety pins! Lifesavers,both of them. They were also pleasant, funny and very professional in their interactions with guests. We'll stay here again on our next visit.'

'One of the clerks at the reception desk went out of her way to help me with a technology problem. I think her name was Shana. The staff at the reception desk were very pleasant. I mentioned that I was surprised that they did not have decaf coffee in the morning. The next day, an urn with decaf was there with the other coffees!'

When we checked in, it is then that we were informed that the pool was not operational, the hot tub had been permanently closed, and the elevator was not working and the only rooms left were on the 3rd floor and above. There was no compensation offered, no notice ahead of time to see if we wanted to cancel and find somewhere else to stay. If your hotel is non-operational, I feel that an email should have been sent to say whether...

'If I could rate it negative stars, I would! As I was checking out, a customer was complaining that he was double charged for incidentals. I left and didnt think anything of it. I checked my card and saw the $50 was pending...figured it would drop off like always. Then the next day another $50 charge was pending. Another day later, the first charge posted to my account. Two days after that the second charge dropped. Called hotel. They said it would drop off in a couple days. This was a...

'The whole hotel is nasty. They have homeless people staying there. Dogs staying there. It stinks in there we did we checked in and we checked right out and lost our money because they wouldn’t refund us because we went to Expedia. Please do not book this hotel ever and Expedia needs to get it off of their website.'
