'room was exactly what we needed for a one night stay. it was roomy, comfortable and clean. one thing that surprised us was that when we got to our room the couches were slashed (almost as with a knife). worried me a bit that we would be accused to doing this. tried to call front desk to advise them of this finding but we kept dialing 0 for front desk and couldn't get thru. another disappointing thing was that when we left (before 11am check out) there was a bunch of yogurts in the kitchen...

'The room was okay. The curtains didn’t shut all the way—Lamp next to bed did not work. I forgot my expensive “Owala” water bottle. When I realized it was missing—which was ONLY half hour after check out—they told me it was not in the room. I know for a fact it was—left on nightstand next to bed. I just said to girl on the phone I hope your cleaning people enjoy it. Must need it more than me. Very disappointed in the dishonesty of this hotel. Will not be staying here again or giving a referral...

'very poorly managed facility. they have a banquet hall and had a prom booked the night we stayed. they didn't tell us until we checked in and they said it wouldnt be too loud. it was extremely loud and we were on second floor directly above the hall. we were travelling with a 1 year old and baby couldn't sleep because all of the noise. we demanded a refund and left the hotel to find somewhere else. very inconsiderate and un professional. they could've told us prior to check in so we...

'Room was clean door to room has a gap and does not seal close on many rooms. The shower had low pressure and tub was uneven on the bottom. Overall safe place for your vehicle and comfortable bed to sleep in.'

'Wij hadden de kleinste kamer geboekt tegen een hele scherpe prijs. Het bed was uiterst comfortabel. Geen koelkast of waterkoker, maar roomservice bracht gratis ijs om de drankjes te koelen. Erg mooie faciliteiten, zoals een verwarmd buitenzwembad. Prettig dat er ook badjassen op de kamer hingen, zodat je echt als 'spa-gast' door de accommodatie kon lopen. '

'It was very close to the casino, so that was a big plus. Pool and a pool table were a nice to have. We had a lovely buffet breakfest one morning, with the waitress brining us everything we needed and more, just to discover the next morning that buffet breakfest was no longer served - which was a huge dissapointment. The room was clean, and refreshed every day, but the black-out curtains were broken, so we needed to use clothes pins to close them togetehr. The hallways and elevators had unatended...
