'This property was very clean as well as our room. No worries about bedbugs or anything like that. Staff was super friendly and super helpful.. they even scheduled a shuttle to the casino for a concert on a night that they don’t usually have a shuttle so that was very helpful for us. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods.'

'Very close to Mohegan Sun, property was very nice, clean, the staff were welcoming. There’s a shuttle frequently on weekends to casino. And was about $400 cheaper - a great spot'

'Prior to our arrival we called for early check in they said they were booked up. We got there and It was empty. Upon arrival the staff was welcoming and friendly. We got our room quickly. Entering our room It was a double bed room. One bed did not have a quilt. Then entering the bathroom It was left with the towels from the people who stayed prior. They were dirty and on the floor and hanging on the back of the door and displayed clear signs of use. There was what appeared to be a black mold...

'Wij hadden de kleinste kamer geboekt tegen een hele scherpe prijs. Het bed was uiterst comfortabel. Geen koelkast of waterkoker, maar roomservice bracht gratis ijs om de drankjes te koelen. Erg mooie faciliteiten, zoals een verwarmd buitenzwembad. Prettig dat er ook badjassen op de kamer hingen, zodat je echt als 'spa-gast' door de accommodatie kon lopen. '

'The hotel was very not clean at all. The walls in the hallways and carpets all had stains. When I entered the room there was a bad odor, big holes from chipped paint in the bathroom, the toilet still had a ring on the inside, and the shower had dried on shampoo still from previous guests. There were black spots on the bed and I didn’t even dare to see what the spots were. The office chair in the room '
