'I understand the hotel is under construction but our bathroom was dirty, the ice machine didn’t work, and the whole building just felt dirty.'

'Thankfully, we were able to stay at the Holiday Inn after this hotel gave our room away. The staff told us that someone had already taken our room, even though we had a reservation. Most hotels in the area were sold out, so this created a very stressful situation during our road trip. In addition, the location felt sketchy and unsafe. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling on a road trip with family.'

'Less amenities than any hotel room. No coffee pot, not any type of service ware that is usually in am extended stay property. The bathtub looked like water had backed up into it and had dirt and debris in it. Could not use the shower. '

'I didn’t stay there and they refused to refund my money. I made my reservation for a Friday and they booked me on Saturday. Refused to refund my money.'

'We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room particularly we killed a roach on the TV counter and a spider was in the bed when pulling back the sheets. It may have been because the room did have a terrace (door to the balcony). I notified the staff when checking out and they were receptive of the notification and said they would get the room sprayed. The front desk personnel were friendly and courteous even with late check-in.'

'Location was clean and well maintained. Parking is limited if larger vehicles are parked there.'

'Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!'

'With exception to room construction everything else was perfect - clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, & excellent coffee. You would think with the technology that exists in the world, hotels would build better sound barriers between floors. We could hear every single step the room above us was taking. They weren't stomping, these were normal steps and they were loud enough to keep me up at night. This is a shame as everything else was perfect.'

'The hotel is very clean, it must be fairly new. When we checked in, without telling us, they charged our credit card an extra $25. The next morning I asked the front staff what that was about, and was told that it is to cover incidentals and that once I check out, it will be reversed. I told her that I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many hotels, and I have never had a charge like this before. Otherwise, breakfast was nothing special. The set up for making pancakes was not there...

'Jammer weer maar 1 handdoek voor 2 personen. Ontbijt , geen boterhammen. Cornflakes en muffins. Staf was vriendelijk. Kamer was niet echt proper. Goed voor 1 nacht. '
