Also on this level, you will find 1 bedroom furnished with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, equipped with air conditioning, as well as a large living and sleeping room with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm, with access to the garden. A large kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and includes a dining table. This level is also served by a shower with WC and a separate WC.

On the lower ground floor, a living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a kitchen corner with a small open kitchen equipped with 2 hot plates, offering a comfortable and self-contained space for relaxation or additional dining.
