Enjoy the new hot tub and BBQ in the privacy of the spacious fenced backyard. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and less than 15 minutes from downtown! NO parties or large gatherings.
DO NOT move any furniture or decor within the unit without prior approval.
NO use of hair dye in the home at anytime.
If you use the BBQ during your stay, please clean it prior to checkout.
If you use and open the outdoor umbrella please make sure you close and secure it to avoid wind damage. ***Additional fee will apply if left open***

HOT TUB RULES

1. NO Pregnant women, children and those with heart disease

2. ASK your doctor before getting in if you take medicines or have medical condition

3. Don’t get in tub if you have open sores or wounds, or cuts, or diarrhea

4. SHOWER off particles, oils, cosmetics, hair gels, etc…before getting in

5. No drugs or alcohol use before or during

6. No pets, pee, or procreation allowed in the tub

7. Limit your soak to 15 minutes at a time

8. Keep your head, arms and upper chest out of the water to avoid overheating

9. Stay hydrated before getting into the hot tub

10. Get out if you feel dizzy, overheated, nauseous, or unwell

11. Close the lid when you are finished

12. Do Not sit, lay or stand on the hot tub cover

13. Be careful when getting out so you don’t slip and fall!

Breaking these rules can result in termination of your reservation and removal from the property.

There will be a $100 dollar charge if the water has be changed from these rules not being followed.
