'Our group of 3 adults visited Spokane for a medical procedure. The apartment is a safe, clean, comfortable space with 2 separate bedrooms (including flat screen tv's) and a pull out sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen! It's located downtown so expect some city noise. Easy access to Riverfront Park, shopping, restaurants and the hospital. Price is great!'

'Loved being in this classic neighborhood near the St. John Cathedral and Manito Park. It was very convenient for getting on/off 1-90.'

'It’s one of the least expensive rentals I could find, so in that context it was as expected. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel at this price point you are the one with wrong expectations. Little things (clean dishes left in dishwasher, coffee pot half full, no curtain on master bedroom door, and obvious road noise (duh, its next to the freeway)) but it was clean sheets and safe which is all I pretty much ask for when spending this amount per night. 'Check in was super easy, the host gave all the information you needed about your stay and conveniences. The condo was just as it was listed. Everything was clean and fresh with plenty of amenities. We would definitely come back another time.'

'The apartment was quiet and the Queen bed was very comfortable. The furniture and floors were up to date and comfortable but the walk in shower with low threshold was difficult to keep water from splashing out on to the floor. The water would get really hot but easily controlled once it got hot. Plenty of lighting. Only 5 minute drive to downtown and restaurants. Parking was on the street and shared with other residents of the area but had no trouble parking directly in front on the apartment...

'This property was perfect for what we needed while visiting Spokane. The apartment was clean and contained everything we needed. It is near the highway, which is great for getting around but does expose you to highway noise at night. The owners were thoughtful and placed fans in the closet of the bedrooms which was perfect for masking any highway noise. Very appreciative of them! We will most definitely be staying here for future visits!'

'It's perfect for a quick stay. It's clean, has character, and is cozy. A bit small for 6 adults (graduation weekend at Whitworth) but much more affordable than 3 hotel rooms! Plus the beds were very comfortable!!'

'We did have a great stay at Stratford Suites. My only issue was that we checked out around 7:30am and there wasn't anyone in the front to check out with. I was uneasy just leaving my card key in the room, but had no other choice. Other than that, a great week in Airway Heights!!'

'There were 10 of us that came from out of state to attend graduation ceremony at Gonzaga Law. We all had enough space and the pool was great! Although the house is a bit dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would recommend this house to any large group!'

'We were disappointed in the hot tub. Filled the water and flipped the breaker just like the owner said. However, when we left to do something for a few hours the temp was down to 90 and we had to wait. Also the cookware needs updating and there is no can opener. The neighborhood was fine and the bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet at night.'
