'Het hotel bevindt zich op een groot parkeerterrein (services) met diverse eetgelegenheden. Leeds en York zijn goed te bereiken. Kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Helaas was de volgende dag onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en hier kwam niet echt een professionele reactie op, later wel excuses.'

'Prachtig hotel! Het bad is geweldig! Hier en daar is de vloerbedekking wat versleten en gaat het behang er voorzichtig vanaf, maar dat word door het comfortabele bed compleet goed gemaakt'
