Het was OK, maar we kregen niet het idee dat het personeel er veel zin in had. Onze kamer werd tussendoor niet schoongemaakt en het ontbijt was wat gelimiteerd (tenzij je bijbetaalde). 20-25 minuten lopen van het centrum. Het rooftopterras en de sauna waren super, maar we hadden meer service verwacht van een viersterrenhotel. Dit was overigens het derde viersterrenhotel in Split dat we bezochten.

Mooi, schoon hotel. Iets buiten het centrum. Dat is echter goed bereikbaar met bus 18. De faciliteiten zoals hottub en sauna waren heerlijk! Zwembad is prachtig, alleen was het water koud helaas. Heerlijke kamer met een klein balkon.

I’ve been to a lot of hotels, but this hotel was a-ma-zing… the location was perfect, the service above expectations, the facilities like jaccuzi, swimmingpool, massage and sauna were really good and because it was located on the rood, with an amazing view.. i recommend it to everyone who is going to Split. I’ll be back next year.

Lovely and very clean accomodation. Friendly personnel. Great rooms with balcony, enough to do, nice pool, good food & bars. Also nice is that there's a supermarket in the hotel. Only downside is the long distance ( 15min) walk to the city center, but Ubers are just €2.

Heerlijk dakterras met zwembad.

Taxi
Hotel had op de terugweg een taxi geregeld, die geen officiele taxi was. Hij kon ons niet voor de deur van de airport afzetten. Dat was jammer. Hotel zelf en personeel was prima.

Great hotel to get totally relaxed!
Although I really had a great time in this hotel, which provides all the luxury to have a completly relaxing stay, close to the old centre, boottransfers to the island and the beaches it suprised me a little bit that coffee is not included with the breakfast which was included my stay. Personel is very friendly and helpfull by needs of everything. The massages are highly recommended. The rooftop is the place to be! Little advice, refill the bodylotion or shampoo when it used in the room.

Check-in was a breeze, very friendly staff. Room was a good size and air condition works properly. Bed was huge. Balcony was a good size with furniture and plants. Nice area to watch the sunrise. Blackout curtains and sound proofing were good. Breakfast was ok, continental as well as warm buffet. Garage parking available for a fee (unless you’re a Expedia VIP member). Only one and slow lift which is in need for an upgrade. The hotel is clean but overall looks quite dated, especially the carpets and furniture. The hotel is in a ‘residential’ area, 20 min walk to old town. The surroundings itself has graffiti and looks a bit rough. I didn’t feel safe walking on my own back from old town. It’s close to some main roads in to Split. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were great. However, there was no staff at the swimming pool bar as they were providing spa treatments…. I had to go the supermarket to get some cold drinks. Rather disappointing. Considering price and location, overall an ok experience

La habitación tenía sin funcionar el A/C. La 1a noche, a pesar de dejar las ventanas abiertas toda la noche, prácticamente no dormimos por el calor más el ruido de la calle. Debido a los reclamos, la 2a noche nos cambiaron a otra habitación en la cual funcionaba el A/C y pudimos dormir y descansar en la noche.

Good, not great. Views not as good as advertised
Hotel is far from tourism areas. No restaurant, bars, or attractions nearby. Rooms were very clean. Mine was fairly small, but with balcony. Even from high floor, looking towards water view was less than expected. Service at restaurant was fantastic, but menu limited and quiet expensive.

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff. Nice roof top pool, not very big or many sun beds but managed to get one ok. Towels supplied. Lovely big room. Good choice of hot and cold for breakfast, will cook you omelette or fried eggs fresh. 20 minutes walk into the old town. Great underground car park with life straight into hotel.

Located within walking distance to old town, in a quiet area, but there are lots of high rise blocks of flats so isn't a pretty area. The roof top pool, hot tub and bar are really nice. The staff were friendly and professional and the room very comfortable. They need to throw away torn bath robes, as mine was dreadful. The transfer from the airport is good value and the driver was excellent company.

Beautiful hotel! The area around the hotel is a little rundown but the property itself is lovely and feels safe. Dining options in the area seemed a little limited. The staff was very helpful and it was wonderful to have parking onsite.

The staff was amazing. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Hotel was very clean and our room was incredibly spacious. I highly recommend this hotel.

They gave us a room upgrade for using Expedia and it was SO LOVELY! The view from the room was incredible and the room itself was so clean and incredibly luxurious. 10/10 would stay again
