« It was ok for a night on the road. Not real clean. Not real comfortable beds. Just old and had a funny smell. »

« When we arrived, it took 3 times before someone came to open our room door (the keys weren't working). The A/C in the room (room 108) wasn't working properly: it was hot in the room all night long. In the morning, the waffle machine wasn't working well either. I won't return there for sure. »

« The place you're getting, you get what you paid for. The room is OKAY at best. The room itself wasn't the cleanest. There were hairs embedded in the comforter, which was gross. The panels of the base boards and grout on the floor was gross. The bed creaked when you got on it, like you were flattening an aluminum foil tin tray you're going to make the turkey dinner in. « This hotel was a disaster from the beginning. Its office hours are 11am - 7pm. I had to call someone to be able to check in! It had a big warning sign on the office window that if you backed in to your parking space you would be towed! My room only had two lights on the wall as I think the main light on the ceiling had been replaced with a smoke alarm. The room was very dim as one of the 2 lights was only 25 watts. « The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. We loved our stay here and the breakfast selection was amazing. »

« The front desk staff was very friendly. The towels were clean but they were ragged around the edges as if they had been used a million times. The room was nice, but the area around it was noisy. The lobby was nice. »
