Hi everyone: I think the photos do a better job of showing the property than I could do by describing it. But we do have a large pool (no life guard, of course), outdoor deck and grill. If it’s rainy, we have two large screen, smart TV’s. We are located on the North Fork of Long Island. As you likely know, there are many wineries, small towns and beaches nearby. Sincere thanks to all of you who have booked with us and filled up June through September. I admit I'm surprised that we still have have most of October available: it’s a great time to be out here. I think many associate the North Fork with Summer; but actually, I have seen much more traffic and people here in the Fall. Why? Apple picking, hay rides, fairs, etc. Please take a look at our reviews. I admit: we have been very lucky. I've had absolutely the best guests, and each has deserved the five star rating I gave them. Family reunion
Absolutely beautiful home with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The host was a pleasure to work with making sure we were comfortable with our accommodations. Definitely a great place to stay.

Yard well maintained. Kitchen is beautiful. Very spacious. Nice size outdoor pool. Close to many activities like the wineries and shopping. Very nice neighborhood. The host reached out to me over our time there making sure everything was going well and if we needed anything.

Great Stay
First of all Mike was a great communicator both before and after our stay. The house was beautiful and modern with all new appliances. The four bedrooms all had very comfortable beds and as far as linens and towels there was enough for an army. We didn't use the pool or grill but did spend our evenings out at the pool on the very comfortable patio furniture. The very large TV in the family room was also a plus. There was nothing that we needed that we couldn't find. Looking forward to our next trip and if it is to the Southold area we will definitely stay here again if it is available!! Thank you Mike for being such a gracious host!

labor day weekend get away
We could not have been happier with our stay. The property was very clean, warm, and welcoming. Everything in the house is so very well organized . The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The property Mike was great at checking in, and readily available. He had thought of every detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Will definitely be staying here again next year.

A top notch stay!
We had an amazing stay at this property. The owner was an amazing communicator and reached out to us multiple times before and during the trip making sure we had everything we needed. The home itself was stunning and exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. It was impeccably clean, well stocked, comfortable and cozy. The pool was the highlight of our trip but the backyard was spacious, clean and had lots to offer. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had so many things one might need to prepare a meal or entertain. Everything was organized, clean and in great condition. Mike is a fantastic host and we hope to visit again soon.

Family getaway
We had a great stay the house is equipped with everything we needed. Enough room for us to be able to enjoy time away with our adult children. We were close to many local wineries and places to eat. Beach was close but required resident parking permit to park in lot.

Our family memories
This has to been one of the loveliest places we have stayed, and believe me we have rented a lot of places where my family has created memories. The pool was exceptional and the location is convenient to the state park, beaches, museums, boat rides and shopping. We really enjoyed our time here and most of all Mike was a gracious and attentive host. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Great house!
Great house, big beautiful property on a quiet street. We had a short family vacation, we all enjoyed the pool, the indoor spaces, the beautiful gardens front and back. The house is fully stocked with high quality items. Would definitely stay there again! Mike was very responsive to any inquiry we had. Highly recommend.
